    your bias is showing at the 6:53 mark...
    That is how YOU would orient the camera. Others may want to pivot as packed and install on a wall... or we want to know if it will pivot in the opposite direction so that the base can be affixed to glass window with the lens pointing out the window. Does it tilt far enough in that direction? We may never know without buying one because of inadequate reviews. But wait, this is a 28 minute review, maybe we will find out later, if we watch for half an hour???

      Oh wait, at the 8:50 mark the reviewer pivots the camera arm forward yet fails to remark on the utility of this ability while he goes on to describe the ports and other hardware features. In the end I got my answer... so should I complain? Yeah I should because the company marketing info sucks
      Oh and here we go, the 10:2o mark or so we finally get to the forward flip proper.

    These cameras send out (to somewhere) and then back to your phone for alerts. No internet, no alerts. Thus, they are NOT security cameras.

    I cannot connect to WIFI because it keeps saying "password error" even though I am positive that it's the correct password.

    I've had two for six months and they've worked quite well. A real bargain for the price! Can I view the camera's output on my laptop as well as my phone? Suddenly have a need for that. Thanks!

    I don't have internet out here at my cabin, but I'm using a hotspot phone, with my regular phone, it won't work. is there any solutions to make this work with a hotspot?

    Can i view the output on two different mobiles. imean iinstalled it for my baby and me and my wife wants to acesss the cam from work.. but i guess oly one person can view at a time is there any way we both can access

    Does the camra show a light on the front of camra during night vision mode.. curious cause been watching vids an no one has showed if it has..i need insight befor making purchase

    I have a question.. my Internet is 4 GB and I follow the instructions but when I put the camera on front of the phone nothing happens I haven’t used because is not working I don’t know why

      Hi James, it sounds like you're trying to set it up. Try putting the phone, camera, and Wi-Fi router within touching distance of each other to set them up. If it still doesn't work contact YI customer support. Happy monitoring.

    I bought a pair of these to watch my garden at night must say there NO GOOD at night looking threw a window you get a reflection of the glass was very disappointed as that was my whole point of buying these.

      Yes it does. All. You have to do is download the app on the other phone and log into the account that you logged into with the other phone.

    Voltando aqui pra dizer não comprem essa câmera ela conecta uma única vez depois perde conexão e não parea mais com aplicativo ou seja vc não consegue fazer nada com ela, já resetei diversas vezes pra tentar conectar a câmera e já tentei em outros wi-fi e nada, percebi que funcionou somente os 5 dias de teste que tem na nuvem, e depois não funcionou mais acredito eu porque não assinei o plano de nuvem deles que por sinal é caríssimo,e detalhe só vai gravar no cartão SD se estiver conectado no wi-fi mas como não conecta de forma alguma, até o dinheiro gasto com cartão SD ficou perdido, decepção pura
