I see folks complaining about the generously sized menswear, but that's what separates COS from all the others still doing slim and super-slim fit which I've long since been tired of. We're not all heroin junkie sized. I welcome the looser fit which can be tailored. Bravo COS.
The full length purple dress and the oversized females suit are to die for 👌🏻🔥
I can't even tell you how great fashion is these days. Everything just looks cool, effortless and always stylish, with that conscience level of art. After all, it wasn't that long ago that everything was always so conventional, boring, and now comes the worst of all, always body-hugging.
Don't see why people didn't like the Men's collection, I think it's beautiful/dapper/effortless.
because people are basic and peasants. everyone loves the same shit nowadays, but i agree, menswear is dope.
Nice to see Quannah Racinghorse on that runway.
Menswear COS has sadly lost its touch, it needs a stronger sense of design. As someone commented previously, everything is oversized or has no shape/structure. It would be great to see the brand bring back some slimmer cuts, offer more structure in the pieces and stop making menswear an afterthought, if anything, make it set the pace in its own lance when comparing it to the womenswear collections.
You're probably just wearing it 1 or 2 sizes too big for you. The relaxed fits look awesome if you actually get the right size to suit your frame.
@@Paddehj I’m a fan of the relaxed oversized cut and confident in selecting the appropriate size, however, the relaxed shape/cut has dominated COS menswear collections for such a long time now that the collections feel repetitive. I’ve constantly seen jumpers and jackets repeated throughout different seasons with just colour options added. It almost feels a bit lazy.
@@rickywright6333 That's what is 'in' right now though. Slim fits aren't really fashionable. I suppose Paul Smith etc would be a better option for that sort of silhouette
I'm absolutely in love with this collection 💛 Perfecto!
For several years now, COS's men's collections have been really shapeless and -- frankly -- really boring, compared to the womenswear they offer, which is often quite arty and interesting. I know that oversized and shapeless has been a trend, but to me it's just lazy design. The most successful pieces here were the few that were shaped around the body.
[PS: Hats off to whoever was sporting those fly pumps at 9:10 !]
How do you think they could improve their menswear whilst still remaining ‘on brand’?
@@ryanbrereton By simply giving the menswear some shape. My early COS men's pieces were more fitted, never baggy. They're quite unique. The cuts now aren't flattering on most men. While the womenswear seems suitable to most ages, the menswear is pretty childish-looking. Even Mark Vanderloo looked boring in his COS look. The style of Jil Sander under Jil Sander would be a great direction for COS mens. (Even shapeless Uniqlo figured this out by engaging Jil Sander for its very well cut +J line.)
@@quinnmurph2750 I have a feeling they'll come back to a more tailored or slimmer look. You know how trends recycle. As for me, I welcome the looser fit as I'm sick and tired of the slim fit most everyone seems stuck to.
@@rafaelcastillo3834 I'm with you. Early 50s here. I'm definitely not into the skinny look, but don't want to look like an outline of a child's drawing of a shirt and pants, either. ;-)
Women's clothes were cool......the Men's were boring. So great to see older male models. One of them was VERY FAMOUS { so sorry I can't think of this name }. Looks amazing cause he must be in his 60's.
The one and only: Mark Vanderloo. Iconic!
I liked the men's clothes 😉
Not even a quarter of what is shown is avaliable. I'm not going to bother watching next year because this is the trend I saw last year too.
Lovely to see Karin!
LOVE!
Terrible edit. Hardly feel the clothes and fully understand the silhouette! Totally disappointed with the edit
As a guy, the men’s collection is trash but I would wear tf out of a bunch of the womenswear stuff
이쁘네
