Da buon Mandarin Oriental è naturalmente molto affascinante. Però questo di Milano ha qualche pecca, ed ancora molta strada da fare per eguagliarsi ad altri Mandarin Oriental nel mondo e soprattutto in Asia. Mi riferisco al personale del bar bistrot, ad
alcuni addetti alla prima colazione, e forse anche qualcuno del concierge!!! Insomma almeno io personalmente soggiornandoci non ho trovato il mitico "legendary service" tipico dei meravigliosi alberghi Mandarin Oriental...
