Because they are told to seduce you with make up and videos and pictures that reflect going on holiday and having a good time. Frankie is very confident because she knows millions of people look at her so she can have her hair not dyed with a color and not brush it and have no makeup and just get out of bed. Still she knows the millions of uk people will like her . That's why she does it. And says she does not care.
