Scallop Gratin

Scallop Gratin is an easy bake recipe that has a rich, creamy, and cheesy taste. I recommend changing the resolution to 4k for a better viewing experience. :)

1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon zest
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup decent white wine
8 scallops
2 tbsp butter
