hi when you upgrade the firmware, does it upgrade both switch or do we have to do one by one seperately
It depends on the specific model and firmware version.
For some models the firmware upgrade is performed in a unified manner across all switches in the stack, and all switches will upgrade at the same time.
For other models the firmware upgrade is performed on each switch in the stack individually, one switch at a time.
We recommended to take backup of the configuration, and have a backup plan in case of any unexpected issues during the upgrade process.
