Thanks for your Video.I receive my requests through an Asana form. Can I set up a rule for the custom amount field?. if the custom amount field in the Asana form exceeds 100, it is assigned to A; if not assigned to B.
I don’t see that as an option yet for a custom number or value. You’d need to use a single or multi select option to write that rule. Asana can’t do greater or less than logic just yet.
How do I solve my effort of looping rules? (basically I want to create two-way rules)
I'm trying to move an item to section A if its status changes to X. I also want to change the status to X when an item is moved to section A. This is messing up my workflow as it creates a loop. How do you suggest I solve this?

It can be complex, but using conditions in the custom rule builder is the way to go. Just take into consideration the " *And* " and " *Or* " options.
Just an example:
*When:*
1-Task is moved to section // 2-OR Status is changed
*Check if:*
1-Section is ABC // 2-Otherwise Check if Status is CBA
*Do this:*
1-Change Status to CBA // 2-Move to Section ABC

Thanks for the comment. I’ll only sometimes show the outcome. I have lots of videos of those but sometimes, the goal is to focus on how to build it. I’ll keep this in mind for the future.
If you have an enterprise plan, you can use “Bundles” to save rules that can be applied to multiple projects, yes. Without that, you need to rebuild them each time.
