There is some mystery in your paintings. At first it looks just like random brushstrokes. Even a child can do it. But it keeps building and all of a sudden turns in something utterly amazing. How you can do it is beyond my imagination
Layer planning.
You can do it without thinking in digital painting since you have control over layers but in traditional you have to take it into account.
the last 1/3 of the video is where all those fine little strokes really make the painting pops. That and the color blending is where the real technique separates skill levels
That's it with an artist. They seem to think back to front, inside out and upside down.
Then Voila, a masterpiece. 😅😅

There's alot of overprinting which would result in gloopy mud if I did it but I'm going to give it a go.

You made it seem so simple one minute the tree looked flat and by shading in the middle it was round and so realistic and the autumn background is beautiful
