What an interesting artist friend! Very calm and well spoken. I cannot believe he uses oil as his medium and gets that kind of detail, colors, and cute characters in some of the pieces. Really enjoyed this episode. Blessings🪷
That was a great one Chris - Ron is so dope! I had an art show at Open Space gallery in Beacon back in 2010 (I think it was) and he came in and looked at my Homer painting for a while. I was too nervous to do much else but stutter at him, but it was still so awesome he came through. :D Always love these - thanks both you guys for the years of inspiration!

What a beautiful surprise from the YT Algorithm today! For like ~10+ yrs I have had a piece from each of these artist but didn't know either of their names until today. They were both gifts. The Chris Dyer is a small holographic sort of multi images that changes as you move it, and I saw the 3 eyed 3 boobed bunny alien of Ron English today...So I've been a fan and collector but just didn't have any frame of reference...My mind is completely blown right meow!!

The King James IS the English version of the Bible lol he lost me there- seems disrespectful to the Ancients who did make the Bible stories not to mention Ethiopians who have the most illustrated Bible in the world preserved from ancient times!
I understand, but it was just a joke. “English” as in his name. I wonder if the original ancients who wrote the Bible appreciated all the edits done by Constantine, King James, etc or also find it disrespectful. Or most possibly they don’t care as they are just soul consciousness energy and don’t take this realm too seriously.

Ron seems to be a little hung up on Trump 😂. Hopefully artist evolve as the old woke dinosaurs fade out. Great painting though, I enjoy his work.
