We had a real early chance in January 2020 to test a bunch of interesting skis coming season 2020/2021. Here is a what our four test riders thought of the modell Candide Thovex 3.0 from Faction.

gustav - wtf?! :D you are sayin no camber but at the same time showing huge camber and skis say C3 which according to Faction means 3mm camber

This is silly, you test the ski on icy groomers. Then just comment on the fact you like a stiffer harder charging ski... Great review, not.
But there is no construction difference between the 2020 and this one.
Actually I’m pretty sure they reinforced it with titanium in some part of the ski to give it better quality
@@barrettdonnelly6532 no change for 3.0, only 1.0 and 2.0
@@pewpewpew8390 no they updated the core. Had problem with my 19/20 and they said the core in this generation was too weak so they updated it and replaced my pair 🤟
@@privatsergej nice! what bindings? heard it was more issues with close mounted patterns like pivots, I have the 19,20 and 21 of it now ;D
@@pewpewpew8390 I got the Marker Jesters. Yeah the binding could also be an issue 🙈 I actually don’t know anything about bindings... so I don’t even know if the jester is a close mounted one. I honestly just hope the ct 3.0 2021 is durable enough. Don’t want it to break again 😕
