This was really helpful, Jeremy. Growing up, we never really drilled for this. Then I became a goalie as a teenager. As an adult, I'm back as a winger (left handed shooting RW) and I honestly can say I probably have the worst positioning of anyone on my men's league team. This definitely helps.
