Why piety is Hard to play? I think that piety and honor have problems with happiness because earlier piety gave 2 happiness from temples and honor 2 happiness from harrisoned cities.
0 relevant base demos in the tree, guaranteed gold problems, very vulnerable early on. Compared to tradition and liberty, the tree doesn’t hold your hand as much by giving away free stuff. Additionally, a lot of piety’s reliance is on the religion speeding up your game but weaker players traditionally don’t make the best religions.
