You make me smile every time I hear you speak with such awe and passion for the organ, I lost my best friend 18mths ago and he had the same passion for organs that you do, he could never resist the opportunity to play, even for a short while, he thankfully got many opportunities to do this and the excitement on his face is the same as I see in yours, thank you for sharing your passion, you are a wonderful reminder of my friend Daniel Spencer, it’s awesome to see what you get up to and where you get to play ❤
Thank you Anna, for putting my ultimate favourite piece of classical music on the organ. I now have 3 versions, the organ, the orchestral version conducted by Sir Benjamin Britten and the electronic version by Isao Tomita. Three totally different versions but each in their way superb.
Thank you for playing this. it is one of my favorite pieces ever, if not my most favorite piece for settling myself. I think its impossible to thank you enough for the music that you create
I always remember as a child, a family friend liked Isao Tomita and when I heard his version of Clair De Lune I thought it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever heard. 40 years later, I still do.
I'm disappointed that I don't get to hear it😢 Thank you that I finally got to hear it. I wish the pedal and lowered manual parts were more pronounced because they were hard to hear but as a bass soloists I sang along. I particularly love your use of the strings (celestes) and the flutes to feature this piece on the organ .. A job very well done. Hats off to you Anna😄😍❤
Definitely one of the most moving pieces of all time. I would add Eric Satie's Gymnopodie number 1 in D major and Beethoven's 5th Piano concerto to that mix. Would love to hear you play both of those Anna. Thank you.
@@riaanlouw1874 I was surprised when it dropped through the letterbox, I guess the mail was faster than predicted :) Amazon had said it would be delivered on 29th...
I noticed you do a lot of heel and toe and side of the foot playing. My question is do you have a specific shoe you like to wear for feedback from your feet

Anna, I would honestly rather you play Louis Vierne's "Clair de Lune" - it's ORIGINAL, fantastic organ music... 😍🎹
Yes organs don't need to be loud aka the great jon lord
Try the Bells of St. Anne de Beaupre’.
Do we know when this album will drop ?
Mine arrived yesterday from Amazon. ❤
@@TernaryTrout Your'e lucky, as the official release date is only tomorrow (29th). Maybe Amazon got their dates confused.
