i have the same gun but it does 1/4 of the damage you do... what am i doing wrong? spent 30 minutes to lower only 40%, level 50, purple tier v gun. what am i doing wrong

I am using the last valor here in the video, I am assuming that since you said purple gun you are using the Outsider?
One thing to note that I forgot to mention in the video is the Forsaken Giant doesnt take any status damage, so your Power Surge damage is not proccing on him.
It will make the fight a little longer, but the adds themselves are still effected.
Moreover on your build, what gear pieces are you using?
For element builds you'll generally want to look at using either the
"Gas Mask Hood", 4p "Shelterer" and 1p Renegade.
OR
"Gas Mask Hood", 3p "Shelterer" and 2p "Heavy Duty"
Ill be running the fight tomorrow with the "Jaws build" during my livestream, which will show the issues that you are having as well with that status damage.
