I did 5 Alaska cruises. I really liked all of the glacier viewings. I agree about the beautiful blue in Marjorie glacier. Since I live in WA state it was easy for me to take the cruises and I absolutely love Alaska!

My name is Becci too~ I've been to Alaska 3 times. We will never do anything but Hubbard...never any problems getting up close and personal and it the largest glacier, bigger than anything in the park and has excellent calving...that's my take, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Beautiful! We are going to Glacier Bay this August on Discovery Princess. We cruised to Endicott Arms / Dawes Glacier in 2022. And really looking forward to Glacier Bay. Thanks for the comparison. Happy Cruising.

Is June or July a great month to go see the glacier? What can I expect on these two months Or is it better in October/November. I really wanted to be very very cold.

Hi. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. June and July is the best weather for certain. Most cruise ships pull out of Alaska in October so seeing the glaciers in October and November would be more difficult. When you are near the glaciers on a ship, it is cold. Happy cruising!

My wife and I just booked a 7 day cruise onboard Royal Princess June 14,205. What kind of weather can I expect and are seas rough from Seattle to the to the interior passage?

Hi and thank you for your comment. We have always had good luck with smooth seas to Alaska in the summer. Spring and Fall can be more unpredictable. Weather wise - plan for rain and dress in layers. Thank you for watching. Happy & Smooth Cruising.
