You have people that tell you oh yeah I want to be a fighter or I want to do BUDS and you know as a trainer what it takes. Some people need this level of motivation. When I saw Baki fall into the hole and activate his brain that's what it is. The human body is highly adaptable but it's the mind set that separates you from being in the crowd vs being in the field/event. If I say one more you are going to do it because I know you have it in you.
