- So I was recently working on an original song which was a gift for a friend and it was orchestral. I just ended up having a sudden want to make more orchestral music. I realized I did Temporal tower every year from 2012-2015 and Z21 actually messaged me not too long ago saying I never really gave Temporal Spire the time of day, so I thought I would give Temporal Spire some love this time!
I tried my best to make it sound very big and very intense, hopefully I did it justice! It was really fun to come back to Orchestral music after focusing on EDM a lot.

Kamex so, commissions are like request you pay for?
Will the commissions be released public or just for the client?
Also, it's not yet on SoundCloud. The audio works better there for me.
That depends on what the client wants. Private commissions are fine, but often times I will post it to the channel unless the client says not to!
The clock ticking feels like the heartbeat of the spire/tower. So sad. It's as if it's trying to urge the human and their partner to keep going but cannot speak.
I find this very in*spire*ing.
Temporal Spire was always one of my favourite tracks in the game. After the thrilling adrenaline rush that was Temporal Tower, Spire's relative calmness while still having a very "grand" sound made for a very tense experience that filled me with equal parts dread and determination. Doesn't help that I'm a sucker for leitmotifs in general. I've gotta say, you've really done this one justice.
And that is one purdy animation.

It was your 2017 Dialga's Fight to the Finish remix that convinced me to play the game, and I'm so glad I did. And you've just captured the feeling of Temporal Spire perfectly here, I absolutely love it. Honestly, I love all your remixes!
Yes! I've always loved Temporal Spire, perhaps more so than Tower, and I was waiting for you to put your own spin on this tune! It sounds incredible, I think the orchestral sound really suits this theme

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. You nailed the same calm and suspenseful vibe without keeping it virtually the same. And the lead (is that it? The electronic legato notes in the background) sounds like you've marked it with your style. It's also great to see no matter how much you grow or how old the game is the music continues to be a masterpiece.

Hey Kamex. I don't know if you will still reply to this since it has been so long, but do you have a source for me for how you made the wallpaper in this video? I would really like to use it as a wallpaper using wallpaper engine but without the music visualisers. If you could help me out with that it would be awesome
Hey man, unfortunately I actually made this video myself and definitely don't have the After Effects project file for it anymore. Your best bet is to either crop in and re-center or recreate it which I can explain how, I just don't have the time to re create it again at least not anytime soon haha

Alright so the background image is just a blurred screenshot from the game of temporal tower, then on top of that was a png of the time gear, there’s a super high quality vector of it out there that’s pretty easy to find. I think it’s from deviantart but you should be able to quickly find it in google images searching “time gear” I cut that into three different layers: the outer ring, inner ring and the gear itself all spinning in different directions with a glow effect on all three also key framed the glow threshold so it pulses the way it does. Then on top of that was some sun rays which I made myself. There are lots of tutorials on them so it should be easy to find. Then I added some white particles. I made it so the resistance is high and the birth rate is low so it was sort of subtle and didn’t move around so much that it was distracting. Then I added a lens flare on top from video copilot. Lastly I think I put a color filter over all of it to make it all look more unified so it doesn’t look out of place. I hope that wasn’t confusing haha
@@Kamex I found both pictures used, that wasn't the hard part haha. What program did you use? Right now I'm gonna try and do it with wallpaper engine but if that doesn't work out I'll try find something else. If I don't manage to make it work could you find some time to help me out maybe? If not no problem at all ^^

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! Temporal Spire is my favourite dungeon track and so I've gone looking for remixes/reorchestrations a lot before, but this one is definitely better than all of them! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! BEAUTIFUL!!! It keeps everything I love about Temporal Spire while also standing out on its own and ahhhhh AMAZING!!!!
