"Player cannot be found" doesn't mean he ignored you. Sometimes cross realm whispers fuck up, especially when you try to whisper someone who was in your BG, whether it was same faction or not. Been that way for years now.

ya the spell that reset cd work like that. when i used to play hpal and get kicked on holy i use crusder strike and it reduce the cd on holy shock by 2s so if i get kicked for 4s i only have to wait 2's to cast it .
