Blizzard implemented two additional changes: blizz.ly/2ijPdkJ Roadhog Hook - Added some more line of sight checks towards the left/right of a potential hook target. This means it should be easier to hook someone who is sticking halfway out of a doorway, or behind a thin pole, etc. These checks are also used for the persistent line of sight check, so if a hook target moves behind a slim object like a stump or a lightpole, they won't be released anymore. - Hooked targets are now slowed heavily while they are stunned, even if they are in the air. This means if someone is strafe jumping away from you and you land a hook, they are a lot less likely to slide out of line on sight, breaking the hook. - Fixed a bug that could allow you to hook someone and pull them behind you if you spun around before the hook landed.
I see Sombra was an attempt at countering tanks, Ana's sleep dart also works as a semi-counter but the issue is they wake up if damaged even slightly so. The issue more or less with D.Va is the no ammo count, they need to add an over heat function to her guns similarly to how in Paladins, Grohk and Fernando have a meter that shows how much longer they can fire and if they run out they have to go through a cooldown period. That or give her an ammo counter. Sure she's tanky but she's also able to dish out quite a bit of dmg.

Alright, I'm really tired of people calling Sombra a bad hero. The issue is people trying to play her like an assassin, but she isn't, she's an opportunist, just like her passive says. The play with Sombra is to stick with your team most of the time, only ever leaving to hack an important enemy healthpack or to ambush a hero who can't fight back easily like Bastion or Widow, or to take down one of Symmetra's constructs (always have an escape route if you do this). Otherwise, just keep important healthpacks on your side and hack and help focus down any heroes who rely on their abilities (pretty much any tank, but also Genji, Tracer and Zenyatta). I'm not terribly good with her ulti, but the best bet seems to be to hit it during a push or in response to an enemy Lucio's ult if they're in roughly the same position, because a Sombra EMP eliminates enemy shields (which makes her useful against Symmetra's shield generator). Look, I'm not a fantastic Overwatch player, I'm actually pretty bad at it, in fact, but Sombra is one of the only heroes I can consistently win with. She's certainly not a "bad hero"

Muesli here's some advice. When ur genji, Dva, etc. getting potg it's easy if the enemy team is bunched up then use ur ult, but make sure they don't see u coming and/or they must be distracted by ur team

I usually place my self destruct on top of the payload. It's usually hard to take cover without leaving the payload. Kills don't always matter, just as long as the payload is moving.
A good Sombra can lock down health kits, making it difficult for someone to get healed, forcing them to rely on the support, who naturally has a bullseye on their butt. Most good Sombras I've seen don't go for direct kills, but are more harassers, hacking good health kits.
