I was there on Saturday as well for the first time. It was amazing show!! I couldn't believe how this show was spread out across four buildings. Mallay building was my favorite one. I might have spelled the building name wrong lol.
I was there on Saturday. Ran into so many people including the legendary Rodney Kantorski as well as a few people from my area but two I didn’t manage to see were yourself and Ben Armand. Overall the selections were slightly worse than last year but I had a lot of fun talking to everybody. Every year I wake up at 5am to get there and head back home the same day but it’s always worth it. Also the M420 deal that Lombard Hobby was doing ($125 for a DCC/Sound Rapido) is gonna be remembered for a while.
It's always a pleasure to see the guys at the big show. Rodney would’ve loved my praising of New York Central steam locomotives over the Pennsylvania Railroad’s steam engines.
@@3985uprr yeah we got a big group photo with him. and it's a great opportunity to meet other fellow railfans from other locations that i usually can't meet up with easily

A lot of neat stuff. I really wish the hobby wasn't so expensive.
Thankfully, it isn’t expensive to gaze.
