You also have to consider the speed of the hockey puck aas it's heading toward the goalie. Average puck speed is between 70-80 mph with many betwenn 90-100 mph...try catching that little 3 inch puck travelling at 80 mph heading right for you--not much reaction time. That's like trying to stop a sports car while dringing a 4 banger

Look up Best Goals, Best Hits (your hit video was just of last season I believe), Best Dangles, Best Fights, One Punch Knockouts... then there are highlight reels of the best players in the game; Alex Ovechkin, Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, Pavel Datsyuk, Wayne Gretzky, etc. So many great NHL videos to watch. And how could I forget... Bob Probert. Arguably one of the best fighters of all time. Check out one of his videos like Bob Probert's Top 10 Fights.
Looking forward to seeing more NHL videos from you.

I was a semi professional hockey player in Sweden in the late 90s.
Sweden is ome of the best Hockey Nations on the planet.
Ive seen some serious skills first hand.
But the fakking stick saves still to this day blows my mind.
An average slap shot is about 90mph
And the puck is like 5 inches wide, about 1 inch thick solid rubber.
To just *_reflex save_* a shot like that, behind your back, with fakking stick has always been fakking crazy to me.
It looks like one of those fluke things lile when you randomly pick up a pebble and just toss it across the street, not really aining, and hit the light post dead center.
Only you could never do that intentionally.
And these goalies does these stick saves with shocking frequency.
Shout out to my homie Thomas Q.
    Best goalie I know.

You should react to The Best Saves in NHL History by The Highlight Factory. It's an awesome video.
First things first, Best NHL Dangles is a must see.

it's ok. reading r hard. Jokes aside loved the video. I played goalie for 12 years. I enjoyed the pressure of the position but it wasn't always easy when you know you're why your team lost.

That video was too slow to appreciate the speed of hockey imo

I completely agree. While you see more with the slo-mos, it takes the complete amazement away. Need a little of each. This was more like 90% slow.
