+alexaAEM Actually the main riff is a D minor to an A minor, but he does play the F major in the breakdown, as Jake said. F major and D minor are only one note different when you use these voicings on the uke, but I'm pretty darn sure about this.

To think this is still when they could play small little acoustic sessions, now they are so popular there's no way they could do this anymore. It's crazy how quickly Blurryface caught fire for them and how long they've been able to enjoy the fruits of their labor. I'm never tired of their music, but I can't wait to hear the new album that they keep hinting they are working on! I love it all, the MuteMath Sessions were pretty awesome and slightly curbed my appetite for more of their music. I'm a clique member for life and my kids will be too (already are...)! FPE Stay Alive

I know his is a Kala brand ukulele, but I can't find one that looks exactly like his anywhere! I think he got it custom made, but don't take my word for it.
+Jean Anderson I actually found one very similar to his. Its extremely hard to tell if its an exact match, but it does look extremely similar. I can't actually tell you what it is, because I honestly forgot, but it was a popular search.
Kala KA-KCGE-C. but if you're on a budget like me I got the oscar schmidt OU2 (he used to play on the OU12, the only difference is you can't plug the OU2).

harley quinn heyyyy I play ukulele! :) For me, it wasn't that hard to learn. I would recommend buying a soprano ukulele (the smallest kind) so that you can work your way up the different sizes if you want to. I haven't taken any lessons or anything, but basically what I did to learn is I found one of my favorite song's chords and I learned those. Once you learn more chords and songs, everything gets really easy. You can always look up chords on google. Good luck! :) |-/

I have a uke and it's basically taken over my life. I play it every day and it's kind of addicting. You should definitely get one or take lessons. It's super fun and relaxing. It was pretty difficult at first, but once you get good at switching chords and strumming it's pretty simple! I suggest starting with felt ukulele picks rather than trying to strum with your fingers. I got a pack of 3 for 5 bucks! Don't use a guitar pick cause it can damage the strings and doesn't sound as nice and soft as uke picks do. Start by learning easy songs, ones with fairly simple, beginner chords such as C, A, Am, G, Em and F. The first song I learned was Riptide by Vance Joy. It's very easy! I suggest watching the ukulele's teacher's videos on RUclips and using ukutabs.com. They have lots of TOP songs there and you can transpose to make the songs easier and auto scroll!
In my opinion you really don't need lessons. Chords are super easy to learn and its easy to just tune up or down to use easier chords. The only things I've learned from my music class is abut music as a whole rather than how to play my ukulele. If you just want to play the ukulele I would start without lessons. Also picks are ok but I've found that doing a little higher level of playing is a lot better with fingers.
Im a Kitchen Sink Yeah, I agree. Lessons aren't necessary. I taught myself through RUclips and Ukutabs. I don't see what a class can teach you that the internet can't and it's free! And of course you need to learn to use your fingers, but I was suggesting felt picks to start because I honestly struggled with strumming in the very begging. With a pick you can get used to the finger formations of each chord and work on switching between them, rather than thinking about the strumming ❤
