like if we do 30 seconds on 30 seconds off and then get to the next exercise directly or do maybe 30 seconds on and off 2 3 tjmesbefore getting into next exercise like i couldnt understand the sequence we have to do them in

Hey matt how do i balance Hypertrophy upper and lower with doing plyos and sprinting 2 times a week without overtraining and not recovering?
Is it possibel for you to show some examples of hoe to reach max strenth at home as well as exercises thst utilize the entire body to work together. Aduttionally do you think if i figure out a way to do those same type of exercises at home usingn body weight i will have the same results?

Hey matt i have 4 upper body excercise (some of them are core) and 4 lower body for each body part but the problem is i dont know how to complete them and HOW MANY ROUNDS TO DO FOR EACH EXCERCISE So could i start of doing the first excercise 90 sec on 90 off and than over the weeks/months progress it and than go tothe next round or is it wrong how i explained and how many rounds should i do for each excercise if they are lets single arm/single leg could u explain how many rounds and how to progress them
