D&O trade നു പോയി പരിച്ചയമുള്ള ഒരാളുന്ന നിലക്ക് പറയുകയാ. തട്ട് കടകളിൽ നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കുക. എന്നാൽ ഹോട്ടലുകൾ എല്ലാം നല്ലതണൊ ? അല്ല. പക്ഷേ തട്ട് കളുടെ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും വളരെ ധയനീയമാണ്.

I watched this entire video and I went through the comments. And I'm totally shocked at the way a number of people have wrote out at you. I defend everything you have mentioned about thattukadas here. No cleanliness, no hygiene, no respect to the condiments and resources used like the oil used for frying, no licenses. Nothing. And then rates on par to established hotels. How can someone defend all this just beats me.
If people visit thattukadas abroad like stalls in Malaysia or elsewhere of the same grade, you can see how neat the place is, and the freshness of the ingredients used to prepare food that you would actually love paying for. It's not that its not possible, its that people aren't bothered. They just don't want to do it. And then they come up with justifications.
For a fact, to all the ones who have taken it to Mrinal, try feeding your dog (if you have one) with the gravy that accompanies the porotta and beef roast you get from a thattukada. 99/100 bet that poor animal will not eat it. Atleast it knows that that is not fit for consumption.
Totally supporting your viewpoint bro. Videos like these are like a breath of fresh air. Genuine, hearty comments instead of some fake wannabe channel.

Hi brother, i would like to open a hotel serving only meals in near future, but since I cannot resign my job and not be physically present to manage the hotel, what can i do about it. Also where can i arrange for quality cooks. I prefer serving quality meals initially at lower profit margins. Expecting your reply.

I have been to onden many times and enjoyed the meals but I would put Hotel Pulari (sub jail road) one notch above . Fish fry is a must try and special mention is koonthal fry. Vlog it next time when you get a chance. Rgds

As a suggestion, instead of saying "don’t visit thattu kadas or roadside eateries", simply highlight the differences between the two and explain the reasons why restaurants cost higher and the advantages of dining from proper restaurants. I have been watching your videos lately. Really appreciate your genuine style of making food blogs. What you told about thattukadas is 100 percent right. Njan palapozham outside food Aan kazhikar. Some hotels are very hygienic. Some are not. Just have to avoid them. Pakshe thatukada 90 percent of them nammale cheat cheyuvan. Bad oil, old meat, high sodium and msg. For 5 min of taste and some 50 rupees savings we are destroying our health
