I’ve been vegan for 4 years and recently tried raw milk after seeing some people I follow experience a lot of healing with it and realize that it can really help with with immune issues and stomach issues.. I know that most people here will be biased to say that raw milk doesn’t have any health benefits and I use to think the same but after seeing how it helped my stomach issues and so many other peoples issues I can’t deny it anymore. I went vegan for the animals and health issues but I drive to a local farm that takes good care of their cows to get raw milk.. and honestly most people here probably haven’t had much experience with raw milk and what it can do for people.. I think it can be a very powerful healing tool for some
Indeed raw milk can help many people, especially White People. We don't have to be such a perfectionist and avoid all kinds of foods although just because it has a few strains of bad bacteria. The immune system, the result of millions of years of evolution, isn't as useless as modern society make it seems. The only way to know is to take a risk and try it yourself. For example, almost all websites I saw on Google said that sunlight can worsen acne, when in reality those who stay indoors the most are the ones with the most acne. I personally stay outside as much as I can nowadays, sometimes hours, and my skin cleared up, plus I got my desired tanned skin. Mic the Vegan seems to also neglected the fact that no plant nowadays contain vitamin B12 or that Omega-3 in plants are very hard to be utilized by the human body. Back in the 1800s, the only source of vitamin B12 was dairies, not supplements. I personally think that Mic the Vegan uses and promote too many supplements, that he is unaware of the impending doom that haven't t reared it's head up just yet. What will happen when the brands he is using can no longer produce products, or what is he going to do if he can't get access to any kind of supplements?
That’s the truth until almost 50 years ago. Most of the people are brainwashed by big pharma and food industry. Besides microbes, many beneficial enzymes along with proteins are destroyed by high heat. Grass fed raw milk and products on a occasional basis shouldn’t be a problem. Most of the studies are funded by big corporations to manipulate the truth.
how old are you? how healthy are you? unless you are 80 and can say you’re pretty darn healthy this is dumb to declare! like it’s so ok to drink breast milk from another species. ewww gross!! Canada just released a “food pyramid” based on science not lobbyists and guess what? no milk on there. so stop with the this works for me stuff. there are people trying to help decide what works best for all, for animals, and for the planet.
14:05 I was diagnosed with MS around 2000. At the time I was an ova-lacto-vegetarian. And being vegetarian, you often just swap out one source of animal products for another. In my case it was an increase of eggs and egg products -- and dairy and dairy products. I went vegan in 2005 and haven't had a symptom to date. Pretty cool!
Were you genetically tested for Celiac Disease as....out of the 280 different auto-immune conditions that can be caused by gluten. MS is the number one for people who have Celiac Disease. My Dad was a dairy farmer for 7 years when I was younger and he'd admit that the suckers would fall off the cow and suck up all the p!ss and sh!t off the floor. This would end up in the big tank which we would drink from, I suffered with terrible ear infections for most of my life but hardly ever since going Vegan 6 years ago.
@Anon Anon I saw a kid say slaughterhouses are nothing like the way vegans described them. I asked him how many animals he had seen get slaughtered. No response. They have a picture painted in their head when it comes to animal ag, and refuse to ever check into what is going on in reality.

He has a lot of very good information, but makes some broad sweeping generalisations that aren't very responsible. I agree that raw milk is better than non-raw milk though.
I Did a deep dive on raw dairy milk in my Masters program in Nutrition. Im a vegan so it was purely for scientific curiosity. There are quite a few studies on "farm milk" coming out of europe where the kids who drink raw milk on farms have less asthma, allergies, and atopy. They tried to tease out if it was being around animals and hay that was protective or the raw milk itself and they have papers showing its likely the raw milk itself. The mechanism is thought to be the antibodies in the raw milk "train" our immune system to not produce IGE antibodies to hay and other allergens. doing some number crunching on how much asthma the raw milk prevented in the european studies vs how much sickness and death come from raw milk consumption in my home state (Utah) and it actually came out that if the raw milk prevented asthma at the rates it did in the european studies, if everyone drank raw milk especially from childhood, it would prevent more deaths from asthma than raw milk would cause from consuming pathogens in the raw milk. Our state does have a major raw milk producer that tests every batch of raw milk for pathogens and displays the results on their website, not selling those that test positive for pathogens. That may keep raw milk sickness down in our state. Regardless, it was an interesting policy analysis backing up the viability of raw milk for overall reduced morbidity and mortality in Utah. The USA never funds these kind of studies because the CDC is so against raw milk and trying to ban it but only succeed at keeping it from crossing state lines. Here is a major study from Europe on the asthma, allergy prevention of raw milk. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1111/j.1365-2222.2006.02640.x I dont drink raw milk or any dairy milk, but if my kids started to have asthma, I might consider raw milk for them even though I'm a vegan. Thankfully none of my kids have asthma and are being raised totally vegan.
To be fair you also need to compare raw dairy to non-animal milk to say whether it makes sense. Comparing only to pasteurized animal milk is a pretty limited claim.

Promoting veganism with absolutely no animal fats or proteins in a human diet is harmfull and very dangerous possibly. Imagine the generational effects of such a diet would weaken our species. I’m glad someone is debunking this. I have gastroparesis and IBS, and was told I should eat more “raw products “ to “cure” myself. And besides, no offence but the smell alone of raw dairy products just makes me want to puke.
@@johnthompson16 The one “diet trend” that actually works is fasting. There’s many ways to do it, but generally eating meals towards the morning is more helpful. One mistake I made was eating too late at night when beginning intermittent fasting because I bought into the whole keto nonsense. Supposedly I was supposed to be feeling better during the morning after stopping breakfast for a few months, but nah that was the opposite of what happened and I was just hungry. However, humans were never supposed to eat constantly in huge amounts from morning and late into the night. That’s just unhealthy, once you know this fact, you suddenly start to see just how messed up some aspects of modern life are. I also actually searched and there is anecdotal evidence for gastroparesis and IBS improving with fasting/intermittent fasting plans, which OP should definitely try since there is nothing to lose unlike with keto and other diets.
@@JoeARedHawk275 I can’t believe this guy just said multiple meals a day is unhealthy… at that point I stopped reading lmao. I would rather eat 4+ whole meals a day to keep my antioxidant levels high and get in a consistent amount of nutrients/energy throughout the day. Plus, it’s inconvenient to have all of your calories in just one part of a day because, if you’re actually exercising vigorously, you’ll be burning even more calories to eat. Also, it’s not conducive to muscle growth, which yes, is important.
Bummer. I've seen vast improvement in my LPR since becoming vegan. Something about animal products probably messed my whole system up. Avoiding added sugars and wheat flour also helped a lot for me.

I liked and subscribed because I like your videos.... but... I must say, I am severly lactose intollerant, and yet, raw milk does not affect me.... I have been a raw vegan for years on raw vegetables predominantly, at levels you could not match, nor compete at. fiftheen hours per day chewing for a year on just raw vegetables. I know the benefits of raw vegan diets and whole food diets. However one day the gerson docutmentary and pottenger study therein, led me to wonder about unpasturised milk, it was good but had suffer a celar sentient empath like me could detect. I found a slaughter free raw organic brand a decade later and now I drink it monthly. I know you are inclined to veganism, me too, except, I do this for health reasons, and raw milk has loads of health benefits. Unpasturied milk organic slaughter free milk will not make me sick, I know my body well. Further more, vegans get sick from B12 deficency, and as dr. micheal gregger pointed out, you need to supplement for health, I believe milk has numerous other benefits, sensorially. You must overstand your neuropsychologic and biopsychologic sate inturn, dissaud you via incline-bias, to be adverse to anything animal being consumed, yet you are mistaken. The etym of the word food, means milk, basically, i.e., to flow from the breast. So raw unpasturised milk if it is organic and slaughter free it is good for. I am so lactose intollerant a shot glass of pasturised milk would leave me in pain and sick for an entire day, and at least groggy the next day, but I must say this raw milk does not cause an allergic reaction in me. you must also be aware, there is a focalism-bias on studies which support what is already established in your head. Where as there also exist studies which indicate antithesis points. Weston a price demonstrated no dental cavities nor disease in people not using toothbrushes who avoided the epidemic while consuming unpasturied milk, you did not focalise on this, I read his book. This is not to say, that animal produce is good, from what I have consumed over a decade ago, I know dead animals and poison animal eaters are not food. I have not had the grass fed organic grazing dead animals, and maybe I never will have this. I also left a milk out in the sun for a week, and one in the fridge for a week, they were both fine to have after, I had no ailments and felt great after having both. I cannot have even a quarter teaspoon of sugar, nor NaCl salt nor white flour nor refined junk food of any kind, my body is adverse to tap water, yet not stream water, I am highly sensitive to pollution and deoderants and aftershaves, which I do not use nor buy any of, instead I use silver and peroxide and natural ayruvedic oil blned and essention oil from youngs living and bicarb of potassium and so on. My body knows what is good for health, and some raw unpasturised milk is definetly good for health. You must overstand your inclination induces a bias therof. If you are muslim you will denounce christians, if you suppor tone team you denounce the other, if you eat dead animals you denoucne vegnas and vice versa, inclines = bias. You are no different, I ate dirt on my beetroots and vegetables for a year, because I never washed any of them, and I never got sick, but I got irritation and itchiness of the throat, which was more than the raw milk induced. You and many of your viewers are so inclined to veganism and it is all about being whole food plant based instead, Entirely wholefood. whole means healthy and holy, and food means to nourish, these etyms are what you shoudl be about, if you can then nourish the environment, after you nourish your own body correctly, than good on you, if not putting the two before the one. My milk is slaughter free calfs stay with mum, they get messaged, an idain woman owns them, they are hand milked and not very stressed, compared to a normal college student, they are okay, I can taste their emotional state clear sentiently in the milk. You should think of the numberous people doctor berg has heled and disallow so much hostility bias from shaping the design of the video, the stats are whack. If good cows well treated and cared for without slughter and their calves nearby on no pharmcuticals and grazing grass with massages, do not make me sick, they would seldom make anybody sick. I am not saying I think having milk more than once a month is good, I think it could cause complications, yet it would be healing and healthy taken twleve to twenty times per year. Instead vegans have to get off of white pasta and ketchup, and refined junk, which is not etymologically food. you need to eat raw living live food for optimal health, then the pollutants of the environemtn will be so disruptive to your homeostasis and health, that people will snesorially know what is bad and take action, and becoem compassionate to animals also, basically, raw veganism on whole raw foods, is the anwser, yet I doubt many of you will rise to the takk, frutiarianism yes, more of you, yet raw vegetables is the ultimate. Howveer your videos do kick ass, even this one, yet your somewhat mistakenj aboiut the detriments of raw milk versus the benefits, in all contexts and I say "somewhat" because your correct as well. There are studies suggesting vegans are at disadvantages from veganism, so be mindful what focalism bias does relative to your incline bias, it makes you bias, and disrupts your homeostasis, with cortisol, which triggers bioconditioning to quash the source of homeostatic imbalance, and from the hostility to carry out your incline you make this video to belittle dr berg, yet he definetly does help people more than doctors have. some disinformation, like the narrative to perpetuated on raw milk just now, occurs. B12 supplements, may be all we need indefiently, yet, we know vegans encounter heart disease and strokes past a certain age owing to a lack of B12, (I know B12 not my favorutie vitamin either). further more antidepressants induce a defiecnecy, in grothwth hormone and leptins, and protiens and gut biome and dyslipedemia and immune cells, completely wiping out immune cells entirely in some instances, funnily, raw unpasturised milk has all of these things present, how many americans take antidepressants... alot is the anwser, and so raw unpasturised milk, may be very beneficial to some vegans on your channel. I know, key points we miss while our incline biases us, based on what is already established in our heads, this is not an attack, yet your biopsychology based on your incline may make it seem so, just think, does he do more good than harm, and would anybody listen to his videos if he did not talk about animla produce, of which raw milk (slaughter free organic, is the only one i can"somewhat" get behind. Your probably able to understand and yet the extent of hostility bias once someones inclines are opposed or misalligned with, nknow no intellectual logic usually, as you have no doubt experienced all to frequently, when dealing with poision animals eaters and presenting evidence, yet you may and are sometimes, also in this category. sensorial first hand experience of milk... is all I have to go on, and it has not done me harm... yet I like all your videos otherwise, you do kick arse certainly... evcen thios video I like, yet, had to say this because you to havbe many subscirbedrs and many take and have taken antidepressants so should know, maybe, you will do a video with better alternatives.
Both have the same amount of lactose, this makes no sense. You are not lactose intolerant. It must be something else. The only difference is the amount of bacteria, nothing else.

What I am trying to say is what works for some people may not work for others. All the people I know who went vegan got very sick they also had to go back to their regular diet. You just have to pick meats, eggs and dairy that are pasture raised.
Half gallon of raw milk 😊a day has made me loose weight (fat) and gain muscle. Feel better, more energy. It really is the perfect, most wholesome food available to humans.
I enjoyed listening to this video (with French subtitles for understanding). Eric BERG says a lot of untruths and very few people dare to contradict him. There are many videos by this chiropractor that should be dissected as you do, like the one on eggs, for example. Mr. BERG recommends eating 4 eggs a day. I encourage you to continue. Thank you.
I am so happy that the automatic subtitles help! I try to speak clearly so they are more accurate but I always worry that it will have a bunch of mistakes.
No YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS ANNOYING!!! Trying to dis the great work he does with his videos...and it's funny when people attack him (because you must be a hack for the Corporate milk or medical industry), they say "oh he's just a Chiropractor". Like he's a janitor...Well he had to go to school to be one. He's not like other medical professionals who don't look at the root cause of things and just want to prescribe medications. I have been drinking raw organic milk for over 12 yrs now and when my son came back for winter break back in 2011 he told he started being lactose intolerant and had never been b4. I did research to see how I could help him naturally and I found research that raw organic milk has good gut bacteria that can help relieve his intolerance. It worked!! Before he went back to Tulane University he was able to eat ice cream, pizza and other milk products. I am an RN who has a passion for nutrition to help heal what ails you. I told my son, it must be something in the water where he was and shortly after he returned, he became lactose intolerance again...Don't knock something you have tried!!!!
There is something so funny about a Vegan making fun of a person's lactose intolerance and excessive flatulence caused by it. Doesn't all that fiber produces the exact same effect?
@@tamcon72 sure, it must get better, but you will still be more gassy than someone following a low fiber diet, right? I mean, the new microbiome is good at fermenting the fiber, which inevitably leads to gas production.
I have watched a few of "Dr" Eric Berg's videos... the claims he makes about so many things are absolutely ridiculous, completely false, and not based in any actual Science. He is just making videos to get views/clicks on youtube, and he has zero interest in the truth.
Maybe he's not 100%, 100% of the time, but I like Dr. Berg. I also drink raw cows milk from a clean dairy with free range cows. Within a day I have an absolutely easier time breathing.

First thing we should critically analyze is the title, "Doctor." Chiropractors are NOT DOCTORS.
Even if that were true, humans have no business taking the milk that belongs to a baby cow. Some vegan you are.

Plus, it’s inconvenient to have all of your calories in just one part of a day because, if you’re actually exercising vigorously, you’ll be burning even more calories to eat. Also, it’s not conducive to muscle growth, which yes, is important.
@@johnthompson16 Fasting doesn’t help with my condition but thanks for thinking about me.
Bummer. I've seen vast improvement in my LPR since becoming vegan. Something about animal products probably messed my whole system up. Avoiding added sugars and wheat flour also helped a lot for me.

Anyone trying to debunk Dr. Berg is desperate for attention and money. Shame on you
What about all of our grandparents who grew up on raw milk? What about the people in my life who swear by it for their gut issues? You're grossed out by a farmer's hand on the cow tit but that's what our grandparents were raised on.
what about immunoglobulins in raw milk mr expert
My mum used to be able to drink 4 cups of raw cow's milk when she was young. Now she has really hard lactose intollerance. What is sad that she is still eating some dairy products...
My mom was in a similar position then I showed her Dominion and had a long discussion with her, now she's vegan, finally...
@@GoVeganForTheAnimal mine will propably never go vegan, because of eggs...
@@mateuszpolkowski4860 Eggs from properly pastured chickens are very healthy.
Where is the debunking , there is none . This video is pure emotion , no scientific facts . I was a vegetarian for 16 years and it cause horrible health issues. I can't process pasteurized dairy but have no problem processing Raw dairy . My family and I have been consuming Raw dairy for years with no issues.
I'm from europe and every year we have outbreaks of tick borne encephalitis from raw sheep cheese
Dairy contains many nutrients that are much more bioavailable to humans than the dairy alternatives...
I follow you, Breg and others too. And let me tell you neither you nor him is completely wrong or right. As an audience I use my own wisdom and judgement and take benefit from both of you. Let me tell you explicitly. You are not always right, just like Berg cannot be always wrong.
It's disheartening that most of the influence out there for dairy and meat is backed by popular "Science" and taken as fact without question and that a number of people backing it also use their status and titles to further the agenda.
Was that a run on? Whatever. It's pretty annoying too of course because people on the other end are pretty hypnotized into believing what they're told. And telling them otherwise is like playing with fire almost or something.
more people die from e. coli outbreaks as a result of plant consumption, most these outbreaks actually come from unsanitary practices whether your citing animals or plants
@Anon Anon do you know how commercial crops are fertilized? raw sewage, there's your citing, fyi not only have i witnessed this but i was actually employed by a company and personally delivered and dispersed the "product"
Yeah, not true
www.epa.gov/agriculture/agriculture-nutrient-management-and-fertilizer
Yeah and it's from animal and human 💩!
This is because of feedlot run-off onto crop fields or because of uncomposted manure being sprayed on crop fields, not because plants carry E. coli intrinsically. You have unintentionally reiterated the video's contention: Food borne pathogens are carried and transferred by agriculture animals and these problems are the fault of animal agriculture.
@@tamcon72 reread my statement "unsanitary practices", (people are at fault). the "raw sewage" is purchased from cites (people sewage). to reiterate "more people die from e. coli outbreaks as a result of plant consumption". try to read and cite the statement without injecting your own rhetoric
I was Pescatarian for a month recently, Vegan for 2 days now. I feel better than any kind of healthy 'lifestyle/diet' I have ever tried. Saved 7 kittens yesterday and am reminded why I don't need or want Meat/Milk/Dairy etc either. All animal species are equal. You, Earthling Ed and Ryan aka the Healthy Happy Vegan got me on board. I can't thank you all enough for being a voice and hub of vital facts and info in Vegan education/nutrition! -Kayla
Dear Kayla, going days without meat is normal.
You need It!
You need meat!
Ain't no vegan gonna manhandle you, baby
cats eat meat. lol. if you think animals are all equal, go play with a lion or shark. dont worry. you will get sick on the vegan diet, and go back pescaterian. 84% of vegans quite. BTW, your cats are laughing at you, while they get plenty of meat and milk outside.
I find it best to not refrigerate raw milk, and let it culture/ferment at ambient room temp, with the in-situe bacteria already present in the milk and such. It's awesome, it's great, great flavor, texture,… and works great with my body,.. great for quality digestion/bowels. If the raw milk is kept refrigrated beyond a week or two it tends to turn bitter-ish and funky, not so tasty. But, raw milk kept at ambient room temps becomes a delicious / healthy feeling cultured quality.
Unless you are allergic to fish , there is no reason for you to suddenly feel so much better after 2 days on a vegan diet. Wild caught salmon is very healhty and nutritious. Some of the longest lived peoples have been pescatarians as oppose to eating vegan or other meats. Please stop spewing nonsense and confusing people.
If you don't want to eat meat that's fine , but a diet must have some form of animal protein from healthy , non-abused animals to be optimally healthy.
I drank a ton of raw milk in my childhood and it really isn't as magical as some people think. It just tastes better and makes people feel like they're consuming something "natural".

Glad being vegan is working for you. I've been drinking raw milk for over ten years, and at 52 I am lean and fit, take no medications, no testosterone replacement therapy, I can deadlift 315x10, squat 205x20, and do 100 pushups and 50 pullups in 10 minutes. I drink a gallon per week on average.
Truly raw cheese and raw kefir are great for me. I don't consume pasteurized milk due to congestive effect. Raw milk is fair enough for me. Rare or occasional cooked cheese in a 'dish' is acceptable.
I've always consumed raw dairy products no issues at all. Tastes better as well.

We are not our ancestors. We live differently, have different jobs, lifestyle, we have limitless access to fruits and vegetables all the year. We don’t starve, we don’t have to make a supplies for the winter…we are different we are developing also spiritually. That’s why we should think what and why we eat. If it is good for us and for the whole environment.
My husband is super lactose intolerant and couldn't handle his aunt's farm milk which was raw. It must be by person basis?
Both have the same amount of lactose, this makes no sense. You are not lactose intolerant. It must be something else. The only difference is the amount of bacteria, nothing else.
Raw milk is the way to go forward.
Look at them fall for pasteurized scams
I got rid of chronic eczema drinking raw milk kefir, and quite quickly, a week or 2 and only pink skin remained. Hasnt come back.

Went vegan years ago and stayed vegan for years, got really sick so I decided to go vegetarian and still was not getting better, so finally I went back to eating meat and dairy and feel much better. What I am trying to say is what works for some people may not work for others. All the people I know who went vegan got very sick they also had to go back to their regular diet. You just have to pick meats, eggs and dairy that are pasture raised.

HE'S LACTOSE INTOLERANT AND ADVOCATING FOR MOO JUICE?!? 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
There is something so funny about a Vegan making fun of a person's lactose intolerance and excessive flatulence caused by it. Doesn't all that fiber produces the exact same effect?
No, the body gets used to fiber once the gut microbiome alters to suit a plant-based diet.
@@tamcon72 sure, it must get better, but you will still be more gassy than someone following a low fiber diet, right?
I mean, the new microbiome is good at fermenting the fiber, which inevitably leads to gas production.
