This show is always fun to watch. It's like the table next door at the sports bar, 3 friends talking games, playoffs, and players.
Just wanna point out that Nick said Reggie Jackson "had 2 good games" in the Clippers WCF run and that's just completely wrong. He averaged 18 per game on 48/41/88 during that entire postseason. After Kawhi went down he was 19 per game on 51/42/88.
CJ and BI made it really easy for the Lakers by combining for less than 20 points.
So bad, if Zion wasn’t clearly the best player on the court they’d of lost by 20-30

Lakers were plus 15 from the 3 point line, plus 14 from the free throw line and it took all that plus CJ only scoring 8 points and Valancunas with 4 points to beat a reeling team by 4. If you as a Laker fan are excited about all that well then how far the mighty have fallen.
A win is a win, and ducking the Nuggets would have been the weakest thing ever, let that to the Clippers. That's the only thing a Lakers fan can be excited about.
They are still probably losing, and losing hard, but if they have to lose to Denver, fine, lose in the first round so nobody can fool around thinking Darwin Ham is an NBA coach or having a team with a bunch of redundancies and zero flexibility is OK going into the offseason.
Lebron was 6-20 AD was 6-16… Zion out scored both of them combined and the pelicans still lost. In other words your 2 star players got outplayed and you still won the game. Stop being a hater, be objective.

That's a misnomer because Pelicans had 9 more shot attempts so it evens out. The free throw narrative doesn't even make mathematical sense. The fact the Lakers get to the line so much isn't even a good thing as it's a sign of stagnant offense.
