i highly recommend you increase your speed, since the faster the speed the easier it is, but not too fast like speed 12 because it'll be harder ok- also, if you don't want to be distracted by the mv, set it to "lite", this will turn the mv off (kind of optional but you can decrease the background brightness) i'm not trying to hate on you or anything, those are just general tips that can help you improve faster, other than that, you'll eventually improve at playing the game, it takes time and practice
i have come here to say that this is correct 👍 it might be because of reaction speed, but everyone has a different speed but for people who can play any difficulty besides easy mode, they should have their note speed up more

You need to make the note speed faster. I'm not sure why it works, but it really does help. (Not trying to be condescending. Just trying to help. 💖💜)
