Cook your corn in the husk! The husk will burn and flake off and look like flakes of charcoal but the corn will be perfectly cooked and steamed. It will change your life. (Main bottom grates also fyi for ish 8-10 min finish on the warming rack up top without that broiler) turn every 3-5 min total cook time 17-20 min
If I have a top of the line Viking oven/range and sear steaks on that broiler, do I need the Hestan sear broiler? Looking to do an outdoor kitchen and trying to find a grill that does all in one (sear, grill, smoke ie multifuel).
When you move the steaks over from the sear station to the ceramics and you keep the seer station on to burn off the grease how long do you keep the seer station on the burn burn off all grease furthermore won’t that be too hot on the grill and overcook the steak?
Great video...so which one would you recommend....i know the Aspire is a lot less...but are the features of the Hestan worth the extra money and do you think the cooking grids on the Hestan are way better then the Aspire?
We just purchased the hestan today along with an Evo for our new kitchen. Broke the bank but, dude, i am excited. To bad it will take 2-3 months to get lol
My door is only 29 inches wide…I know the hestans freestanding grills come in two pieces unlike most….so u think the grill head could fit through a 29 inch wide door if I sort of flipped in vertically at an angle? I think the aspire could probably do it but I want the hestan!
Hey Nick, great video. We are planning our outdoor kitchen here in WI and there are no dealers for Heston near by. We will be looking at a built in so should i ask the contractor to source one or should I? Thanks

It's interesting to grill things with the broiler. I am thinking of purchasing a Hestan grill at some point.

Thanks for the comment! If you can buy either, I say go with the Hestan, the features are really great and worth the difference!

How’s it going with your Hestan?

Not sure I understand the concept. You should be able to download the spec sheet on the site to verify dimensions.
