    Slowly but surely becoming my favorite MD to follow on RUclips. I see composure, honesty, and resilience!
    Maybe make a video on the Iraq war experience? I say that because you’re a smart guy and Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 or terrorism. Even Trump acknowledges this.

    what is good for memory do you know of any vitamins or supplements

      Man is not about supplements (fish oil, nootropics such as modafinil, or all the other bs). For good memory study with the Pomodoro technique, use spaced repetition, sleep properly, remember how important rem sleep is for memory consolidation and emotional aid. And workout to improve your blood flow and overall neurological condition. If you want a diet just stick to a standard Mediterranean diet.
