I don't care if there's better, I'm using my good floofy girl.
The numbers were datamined and Quivern's partner skill gives +50% to +100% dragon damage while mounted, to both you and Quivern. It can become very powerful. That's on top of the standard x1.2 bonus to dragon skills because Quivern is a dragon type.
This was before Serenity and Impatient was a thing.
Now you can swap out muscle for serenity and fero with impatient and get an autocannon dragon.
Loved this Pal since day one. Heavy underrated. Made mine absolutely disgusting damage wise.
got the boss one and imediatly set it up as my primary

I have liked quivern since the very beginning but I recently decided to breed a great one. I think one of my favorite things about quivern is how you approach a boss room with the ominous name "domain of the winged tyrant" and when you catch the thing you get a paldeck entry about how much it enjoys cuddling. Plus as a kid I quite liked dragonite and have a thing for "friendly dragons"
Quivern is also my favorite Pal. I went with Lucky rather than Celestial Dragon as it's only a 5% difference and this way I can use her against more bosses by swapping her skills out. But regardless of how you build her, she's amazing, fun, and adorable!
My quivern is for traveling and just exploring I've yet to name her but she has
65 movement speed
40 defense
20 atack
Took your advice about the souls 😂😂😂 man I’m rich with souls! The icy area across from the desert area has a bunch of larger souls 😅 thanks! Good luck on your Quiven journey, she definitely seems op if you breed her right!
Ah, this was before Dragon Meteor was fixed on mounts so it actually hits what you're looking at.
Slow as fuck, but was my first love in game.
Are the perks just random or did you have male and female combos with them? Also what breeding combo/s do you use?
The perks are random but have a chance to be passed down from parents to the egg. The combo I used was Ragnahawk + Jormuntide Ignis. Once I had both male and female Quivern with all 4 skills I wanted, I threw them both in the breeding pen. It took a lot of eggs to get the right one, because some eggs can hatch with all 4 skills and have awful attack & defence.... It's so variable and is a luck / numbers game. I hatched 290 eggs before I got perfect Quivern, I have 329 hatched so far, cause I'm sure I can get 1 with higher attack and defense!
I wanted to know which pals did u breed down to get legend on quivern?
can i get a ALPHA quivern with legend and divine dragon? i would like to have a alpha with those stats i get a ferocious and burly body one but not like that one u show
I would also like... But these passives are unique to other pokemon, and I haven’t come across alpha pokemon from the eggs
6 months later you can now, alphas are available from breeding. Only thing is that being alpha doesn't really make pals better as it turns out: they just get a HP boost meant to offset the natural downside of their larger hitbox. But if you want it to be big and think it is worth the extra breeding it is now totally possible.
the intro had me checking whether I was watching you or not... definitely cool af and interesting!
Only way to push it would prosaibly be lucky perk on there
Can you consider making Tanzee formidable in the late game with breeding + pal condensing? It may not take long since you have an abundance of hyper spheres
You know what! I'll do it for you Goodbandz!
If i understand Pal stats correctly, the 185 is simply his base stat multiplied by Legend, Musclehead and Ferocious and I believe the only way to top that would be to have Brave, Aggressive or (better) Hooligan in the 4th slot. Probably not worth it against Divine Dragon unless your goal is to equip it with different type attacks.
I would say no because "Divine Dragon" boosts dragon attacks by 20% and the partner skill "Sky Dragons Affection" boosts all dragon damage when mounted, so it really amplifies the damage, especially the short 2 second Dragon Cannon ability you can spam. But I could be completely wrong, I'm actually going to test this! I've still yet to hatch a Quivern with more than 185 attack at level 1
@@CurtisBuilds The current speculation is that the level-up bonus stats vary from pal to pal by 30% to 50%. That's up to 30% for atk and def, and up to 150% for hp.
Check your worst quivern's base atk to see how it compares to your top-tier quivern's.
Would another damage passive be better than Divine Dragon if you want to use other moves? Also I'm having trouble breeding down the passives I want on a Vanwyrm to then transfer to the Ferelis I want to breed eventually. Its a real pain :D Might not do a "perfect" one yet since I don't have the Legend passive available to breed down. Most going for Musclehead, Ferocious and Swift, Runner so far.
On another pal I would say so, but because of the partner skill that buffs dragon damage + having Divine Dragon makes her 2 second Dragon Cannon ability hit really hard with barely any downtime.
Quivern's partner skill gives +100% dragon damage at max level, so using other skills is gonna give you much less damage.
Did u try the party buff pokemon alongside her?
Nah, I wanted to show you all the raw version. As likely you’d have other decent Pals on your team, not 1 buffed Pal with 4 others buffing him, if he dies you’ve got no other good pals to throw out
@@CurtisBuilds I mean the other pokemon aren't useless either. Maxed out stats and bred to buff your character with Vangaurd n such. Maybe give them burly so they can tank for a bit. Give em Blizzard Spike. They got CC as well. U can also swap out ur pokemon before his death and let him heal throughout the fight. Bring him back. I personally leave a slot for a flying mount and am using the queen bee and her loyal guard bees. One mount. They've got the player buff passive. Except for the queen. Got Burly, Legendary, Ferocious and the other attack thing.
