I loved all the characters, the way that the roaring 1920s were introduced, but Cara and Spencer-Alez robbed my heart. The performances in the government boarding school were outstanding. I can’t wait to see the next episodes.
I just finished season 1 of 1923, after binge watching 1883 for the first time as well. I thought I had 1 more episode left so the ending of the season cane as a shock. It seemed as if it was just getting started as Spencer hadn't even got to the US yet. I guess I'll start Yellowstone next whilst I wait
1923 with Spencer and Alexander was the best of the Duttons life in Montana. Too bad you found it difficult to maintain and continue Spencer and Alex 😢
Something I love about this series in particular is that I don't know how exactly it's going to end by season 2. It's obvious that the Duttons will win the range war but who dies and who lives is the real mystery, because there's no clear answer to who becomes the parents of John Dutton Jr. With the news of another prequel show, 1944, coming out in the future, it raises the question if Jack and Elizabeth are truly going to be leading the new generation of Duttons forward. While the evidence is there to support it, there could be a twist to it we won't see coming. In that, Jack and Elizabeth could be the tragic couple who don't make it out alive during the range war. What if it's in fact Spencer and Alex who do, and they end up leading the Dutton family forward up till the events of WWII.
I read that (due to the writers strike) season two of 1923 won't be released till sometime mid 2025 😫 SERIOUSLY! If production for season two started in July 2024 and it's supposed to last thru September, why do we have to wait so long? Isn't 6-8 months the standard time before something is released after completion of shooting? WTH! It's just 8 episodes
Did you watch this video? Each of the first 8 episodes were about an hour long, meaning that's 8 hours of production, or the equivalent of four 2-hour movies. The fact that they can get it filmed and released in even a year is extraordinary.
They have me confused as to who is John Dutton's (KC) Father and grandfather. When she lost the baby (which I expected because of the gunshot-but the Dr didn't mention any damage to her female organs) I expected that baby to be his father......?
I don't think its Taylor Sheraton is the villain but paramount since discovery took them over its been Kaos, I was done with Yellowstone but I got sucked in again but the 1st offering was very predictable I knew the second I learned john Dutton was axed I knew Jamie and his squeeze was behind his death, ok I came to terms that Costner killed Yellowstone not Sheraton so for me, its what Beth will do to them, rip is a favourite of mine but make no mistake crossing him is a very dangerous guy to get on his bad side what Beth does to jamies girl friend will be worth the wait Taylor Sheraton is the best find in the last 20 year he is a talent guy and has a lot of irons in the fire with Yellowstone and 1923, you can see Yellowstone in the Tulsa king with sly Stallone who's still got his chops and watching how he navigates the mafia and mob bosses is wonderful to watch, he also has lioness as well which I havent watched yet as I'm waiting till Tulsa ends to watch it but I think it will also have Sheratons finger prints all over it, this year their has been a slew of great 1st class TV shows and new seasons you have the mayor of Kingstone, Tulsa king, Yellowstone, from, Grotesquerie, Sugar, The Old Man, and the best 1 of the year The Penguin which is my personal favorite which Colin Farrell stars as The Penguin and is unrecognizable he also stars in sugar and the guy is a fantastic actor if he doesn't get an Emmy for his character ozwald ill eat my hat , if you havent seen any of them they are a must see, this year biggest bomb was house of the dragon it was just a soap opera and was the biggest let down for me, 2024 has been a great year for TV and 2025 is shaping up as another great year for TV
I just read that there is no season 2 to 1923, but there is another series prequel called 1944 continuing to follow the Dutton family, but no word on when that will come out yet
Short seasons are annoying. As for the delay in season 2 of 1923? It was supposed to air late last year/early 2023 but the industry strikes delayed it.
Loved it. But have lost interest. I've moved on. What is the purpose of delaying so long. And the writer's strike is no longer a valid reason or excuse. I'm done.
I lose interest cuz they drag these shows out....absolutely hate this "new" direction the film industry is taking! I look for other directors cuz this one doesn't have his crap together. Get-R-Done right, is my moto!
I'm a firm believer that we each teach people how to treat us. By putting up with the ridiculous schedule Hollywood is moving towards with short seasons & long waits between seasons we're teaching them that we'll tolerate it, so they'll continue to do it. I loved Yellowstone & 1923 but I won't be watching anymore seasons simply because I don't appreciate being taken advantage of in this manner. Taylor Sheraden may be a talented storyteller, but he doesn't have a clue how to treat his fans properly.
@@RoDutch because we are fed up with the way these idiots make us look. They have helped ruin the housing situation and they have made fools believe they can come here and act like idiots. We kicked them out.
I've loved 1923. However I do have a major beef, Jerome Flynns Scottish accent is nothing short of embarrassing, it is so appalling. It is akin to Tom Cruises God awful Irish accent in Far & Away. Mind Dame Helen Mirrens Irish accent wouldn't win any awards either.
My favorite is Cara Dutton, and Helen Mirren does an excellent job of presenting her.
I agree. Two years is a ridiculous amount of time to wait between series.
I can’t wait, I have watched 1923 twice. Something to look to
i cleary hope spencer and alex stay togerther and have a happy ending no deaths
They need to hurry up, I wanna see what happens with Alex and Spencer, better not drag it out either lol
Can't wait for the next season ❤
Sucks it's taking soooo long . Looook n forward to seeing what happens.
I loved all the characters, the way that the roaring 1920s were introduced, but Cara and Spencer-Alez robbed my heart. The performances in the government boarding school were outstanding.
I can’t wait to see the next episodes.
I am excited to see season two of 1923, thus am looking forward to see this. 👍

Where the heck is this show?.. I ‘ll be at my funeral before there’s any chance of me seeing season 2!
Spencer & Alex❤
I loved season l of 1923. I cannot wait to see season 2, but when will it come out? I will watch this one for sure it was so good❤️❤️👍
Hope to see more of Spencer and wife and hopefully a reunion with Duttons

Spencer❤ n Alexandra all day everyday😊
Sheridan needs to go back to painting houses, this schedule is crazy
When is this coming to the TV season 2

Strepitoso romanzo. ❤

I need Alex to find Spencer!!!

You need better sources. Google, "where has 1923 been filming in 2024" and you'll come up with casting calls for extras in San Antonio for filming.
Yeah I can’t wait to see season two I just about given up on seeing it, I really want to see that Indian girl getting her revenge
Waiting 2 years is ridiculous, writer has way too many irons in the fire, starts things and doesn’t finish before starting the next.
R.I.P. Cole 🪶💜. Seems like they already forgot you but I won't 💫. May your soul find peace beloved 🙏.
I won’t hold my breath….
😢
Supposed to be out in March 2025
No official release date yet

I recently read that it's set to be released sometime in mid 2025 🤯

2 year waits have become a norm unfortunately 😢
Oh it better not wrap up that way. Im gonna hold a grudge if taylor Sheridan ends it that way.
I feel like it would suit his style but we’ll see
I lose interest cuz they drag these shows out....absolutely hate this "new" direction the film industry is taking! I look for other directors cuz this one doesn't have his crap together. Get-R-Done right, is my moto!
I get that. I've lost interest in other shows for the same reason. The anticipation dissipates and you move on...

The show was delayed because millionaires didn't have enough money. So they went on strike aka the Actors strike.
Moved on already
:/
There is nothing more coming they were kicked out of montana
Why were they kicked out?

This video said nothing.
