H3R Performance brings aviation grade Halotron® 1 fire extinguishers to the automotive enthusiast with HalGuard™ premium clean agent fire protection. HalGuard™ is no ordinary automotive fire extinguisher. It contains Halotron® 1, an electrically non-conductive "clean" extinguishing agent that rapidly turns into a gas. Halotron® 1 has passed extensive testing by Underwriters Laboratories, and meets FAA requirements. It can be found on commercial aircraft, and is used by airport fire fighters.
Whatever your passion; hot rods, racing cars, classic automobiles, UTVs, off road vehicles, trucks or RVs - protect your investment with a fire extinguisher that attacks fires quickly and safely, and without leaving a damaging residue to clean up.

This works great! Saw a 8 vehicle collision on the freeway. 2 vehicles on fire coming from engine bays. No first responders. I pulled over. Grabbed my halguard 2.5 & eliminated the flames in 2 seconds. Highly recommended!
Looks like a pretty nice extinguisher. I agree with you on storing one that is easily identifiable. Red just makes the most sense.
Thanks for the installation demo. This is on my short list of upgrades for my jeep
Definitely been eyeing one of these. Interesting to see it used non-fire situation to see how little residue is left
Pretty awesome extinguisher. I just installed an ABC extinguisher in my 02 TJ. I didn’t know that a “clean” option was available. Thanks for letting us all know. And the opportunity to receive a nice giveaway and/or discount. 👍
Nice review on the HG Fire Extinguisher. I will be adding this to my TJ
Wow so much cleaner the an ABC extinguisher going to have to pick up a couple
Thanks for the video. Been looking at this
Thanks for continuing to make great videos. I am definitely going to check out the fire extinguisher since I only have a messy one now!
Nice! Didn't even know a clean fire extinguisher existed. Cheers from Denver CO!
Would be a great alternative to filling your engine compartment with extinguisher chemical.
Looks good. Been looking for one
That chrome extinguisher is looking pretty sweet!
Been waiting for this review....nice, thorough job of breaking everything down. This product now has my attention.
Great to see your videos again. Great product
Did the residue stay on the engine?
There wasn’t any! I think there might have just been a reaction with whatever plastic is used on the GoPro media mod. There was nothing noticeable on in the engine compartment at all.
Fire Extinguishers are one of the most important things to have in you car and home. Clean agent is a super plus.
Seconded. I refuse to use a dry chemical extinguisher for anything except a garbage fire. The chemical residue will wreck anything worth saving. Water or clean agent for A, CO2 or clean agent for B and C, and you're covered.
I've been looking to get into one or 2 of these for awhile so no time like the present. Thanks for the code.
Seen these around, price has kept me away. Be nice to win one tho so thanks for the opportunity.
Count me in...been looking at these for a long time...great vid as always
Great product. It would be great to have one in my JLU
Good to see another video from you. I miss your videos!
Good to see you back, especially with a TJ on camera! Even if its your son's. Love that extinguisher.
Great review CPO! I need one of those for my TJ!
H3R fire extinguishers are the best!!
Nice product. Good vid. Thanks for sharing.
Great video. Definitely would replace the dry chemical extinguisher I have.
I need a fire extinguisher for my rig
Another great review, thank you for the demonstration as well. I do have a question tho. Can you get them refilled or do you have to buy a full replacement?
They are refillable... but honestly not sure if there is a way to refill other than sending back to the manufacturer.
@@o3djeeps Thanks for the response, after watching the video, I did spend some time on their website. I learned that they will not refill, but a local facility should have no issues refilling.
Thanks for looking into that.
A good question. All refillable fire extinguishers must be refilled by a company licensed by the State Fire Marshal in a given state. We'll do our best to help you find a fire service company in your state when the time comes.
Been looking at these. Seems like you're always testing stuff that I'm thinking about picking up. Always a treat to find you've posted a vid. Kind of miss the JK though.
I've been looking at this exact fire extinguisher. If you happen to choose my request, I'd like the Red one. Thank you.
Old frying pan, oil and middle of a field or beach fire! testing ideas
Top notch video production. Other than the GoPro, what camera and lens do you use?
This was shot using a Sony A7iii and Tamron 28-70 at f/2.8
Great video. Thanks for giveaway and discount code.
Would love to add one of these to my JK.
Good video. Thanks
Awesome review. Would love to get one but also never have to use it on my jkurr
Another great reviews , I’ve been looking at these for a while now, it would be a great addition to my jeep
how do you get it recharged when it expires?
I could use one of these in my Jeep
Thank you for sharing. It would be nice to add one of these to my JKUR.
Good to see another review. I’d love to have a Halguard in my truck!
I have been looking for a good FE to put in my TJ. Great review!
Great video on a sometimes overlooked necessity for your ride!! Thanks for the chance!
This looks like a great product. Thanks for the review and testing! Keep on jeepin!
Great video I didn’t think you’d spray your son’s Jeep lol I’m order two. For my Jeep and my Daughter’s Jeep 👍
Awesome! Thanks for the informative video!
Nice flashback to the70s hairdo, CPO. They have Barber Shops in Tampa too, you know. LOL. I've been wanting to put one of these clean agent suppression systems in both of my Jeeps. I still have a 30-year-old Halon extinguisher in my garage that I have used twice and still have a 3/4 charge. Sadly, Halon is no longer available to get it recharged.
I love how it doesn't make a mess!!
That extinguisher is pretty sweet. That's something I would buy. 👍🚙💨
Woot woot. You should send one to Casey at coyote works LOL
Great video
a must have
Awesome job CPO! Hoping to win
You always have very informative videos CPO - and one can always use a fire extinguisher. PS - the seat covers are holding up well and have not shifted since you did the install video on my JL.
Have not? :-)
@@o3djeeps edited...🤦♂️
Very cool. Thanks for the videos.
Awesome vid as usual 👌
A looong time ago (in a galaxy far, far away...sorry, had to!) back in 1987, I used to work for a security company in their fire prevention section [read: sales] and at that time Halon was the go-to clean agent extinguisher (remember Terminator 2?) and one of the BEST demonstrations for it's effectiveness was this:
I'd be telling a group of individuals about the effectiveness of Halon verse the typical chemical/dry powder extinguishers, and how it did not cause damage to any electronics when discharged. While talking, I'd have a large beaker, and I'd discharge some Halon directly into it. I'd then have a pyrex cooking dish, and I'd squirt lighter fluid into it...then set it on fire. I'd wait a coupe of seconds, and then slowly begin pouring the Halon out of the beaker, into just one corner of the pyrex dish. Immediately, you'd see the fire go out in the whole dish within a second. It was probably the best dramatic example of the effectiveness of Halon...then again, it also supposedly was so bad for the ozone that in 1994 it was banned completely!
On a side note, I still have my original 1lb Halon that I bought back then. And it's still pressurized, even though I'd used it a couple of times. No residue when it's discharged like powdered chemical extinguishers, so it never loses pressure. I can just never get it recharged....
Great info! Would be great to have!
I can use one in my JLU
Love your channel!!
It's been a minute.
As always, great video. Thanks for the opportunity to win some safety gear

@@o3djeeps sent you my info. This is awesome!! Thank you for doing a giveaway
H3R Performance has either HG250C OR HG250B not B and C combined. Which one is selected for a Porsche or any vehicle?
Looks good but they are very expensive. I currently am using the Element fire extinguisher.
Fantastic! Thanks for reviewing! Always appreciate your videos and insights. You are definitely a go-to source!
Would look good in the back of my JKU.
love the videos
Bought a Midland MXT275 based on your recommendation and love the GMRS. Looks like you’re going to make me spend more money on a fire extinguisher unless I win. Good video!
Thank you for your honest and thorough review. Always appreciate it! 👍
Thanks for doing the giveaway!
Looks like an awesome fire extinguisher! Another great video!
Great video as always. Thanks for the giveaway!
That would be useful. Wish you had a real fire to try on.
(I have us address also.)
Definitely on my list of upgrades for my Jeep!
Clean!! Nice.
I’m the retired Medic/Firefighter that can’t afford one of these, so it would be awesome to win one.
Always good to see a new video from you my friend. OIIIIIIIO
Excellent review. Love the looks of those Billet Aluminum mounts! This certainly would be ideal for my classic car!
Probably should get one of those

Not a Chief... but that's a common inference. Hair is growing because... I was bored. lol
