Dear Mr. Sunder, It was really useful. Before watching yours, i have watched many videos on options. One main problem with their videos is missing link which has stopped me in getting full picture. Yours 23 lectures is excellent and covered all the details of options trading to the fullest extent. Even though i knew some of the things i watched from basic because of the missing details which i was searching so far. I completed all your videos in one shot. Thank you very much. Now it gives me confidence on options. Looking for more videos from you.

LONG Built up => It means people are taking positions assuming price will go up. This is marked by increase in open interest and increase in price
Short Built Up => It means people are taking short positions , assuming price will go down. This is usually characterized by Increase in open interest and fall in price.
Long unwinding => This shows Long positions are now getting exhausted and people are starting to book profits , assuming rally is about to over
Short covering => Short positions are getting decreased and people are booking profits and expecting reversal. Usually this is represented by Increase in price and fall in open interest

How can you say there is long buildup is when more and more people are buying? One cannot buy if there is no seller. That means if 10000 Qty. is bought then there is someone who has sold 10000 Qty. So, how come this is a long buildup? same for short buildup. Please explain.

Though I watch your pre & post videos everyday, I am never not interested or convinced in this O&F trading because it's more like a game which has a high risk and for experience traders of your status. Knowingly now, why should I loose 2k to 3k , I rather insist on buying one good stock everyday or the most carry on a simple trading.
I may loose money there too but fundamentally good stocks are good investments on holding.
I am thinking so because my money and mind is limited.
Anyways thank you so much such an informative video.
