Watching the movie "If" on prime video as a family tonight with snacks. Maybe hike and watch kdramas and anime on Saturday. Church and baseball Sunday.

Hoping to head out from Columbus to either Cincinnati or Kent. Both have Blues festivals going on.
I just love you & your hubby. What a great team & the parenting is awesome. I try to watch all your episodes & hit like, especially in the morning because you inspire me so much. I am in my 60's and you make me want to get up when I feel down & go out & live & do things around my house.
The babies are adorable & so well mannered. But the neighbor thing broke my heart because you know your blessed & what is working through that man to try to throw you both off your game. Keep a log of the incidents you encountered with him &
please call your country office to see if there is a violation on burning rules for your area & also burning on windy days. Also invest in a tall fence & if he burns it sue.
Keep doing what you both are doing and I have your family in prayer for God's protection always. Oh and the chicken comment had me rolling on the floor 😂😂❤
Hi! I’ve been a subscriber for a while now and don’t think I’ve ever commented before but hearing about your neighbor situation almost brought a tear to my eyes. When I was around 10 yrs old a very similar situation happened with our neighbor. I grew up in the country and burning things on your property is definitely a thing. Our neighbor decided to burn some things on her property on a very windy day. That fire escaped her containment area and swept across to our backyard then headed straight towards our home. We also had a large propane tank for our home in the backyard! We depended on our volunteer fire dept which had limited water supply. When I tell you the fire truck ran out of water…mass hysteria! By the grace of god the fire burned around the propane tank untouched and stopped when it reached our home. But 10 yr old me was traumatized! 🥹Our neighbor unfortunately and accidentally burned her own house down a few yrs after this happened. 🤦🏽♀️ Continue to stay prayed up y’all!! Have y’all thought about possibly getting a sprinkler system installed near your property line? Perhaps you can run it when he does those burns in the future. Although it wouldn’t help with the smoke getting into your home. So sorry y’all are having to deal with this. He will just have to accept he has black neighbors that have “Cali Money” 😂 and y’all aren’t going anywhere.❤

Consider keeping a written log of your interactions with your neighbor
Ohio girl here ( born & raised)❤, jeremy, stop telling ppl you're from Cali. yea, they think you're rolling in $$$. Lol. It's a Midwest perception of the West Coast. As far as the neighbor, it sounds like the guy has already had issues with the city or town you live in. Check the ordinances for your area. You may need to make a trip to city hall, or even attend a council meeting. At council meetings, they usually allow residents a few minutes to speak at the beginning of meetings. I'm not sure why he would need to be burning weekly?? Is he legit burning yard debris, or is it really trash? Just a thought, There are burn bans in most communities - check into that, too. Also, did he notify the local fire dept.? On outdoor burns, that's usually mandatory. Also, depending on your area, he may be required to have some type of fire enclosure ring. Someone's idea of a fence is great, BUT if the fire is that close to your line, then a fence would probably end up being warped or burned.
As far as leaving the stove on, get one of those dishwasher magnets at any dollar store. Mark out the dirty & write ON. Clean would be made into OFF. Slap it on the stove for the next time it's used ❤.
Sit down to eat. Be mindful of the food that the Lord has provided. Think about where the grains originated, the colors in the bowl, the texture of the yogurt, etc. Not only does it make you become more appreciative of the meal, but it also is a great stress reducer because you are solely focusing on the food in front of you.

Just ignore the problematic neighbors. Stressing makes the matter worse for you and the kids and then everyone is having problems. Not good!! Close the window whatever you need to do. Just work against oppositions. God bless 🙌 🙏🏼 ❤️

Hey Beautiful Family. Maybe get some estimates on a fence right away. It's one thing to forgive someone but it doesn't stop him from doing something else. I am proud of you Jeremy for working on keeping it together. Recognizing he has a problem is wise. Avoid him as much as possible!I use to live in CA, it's an adjustment living in these Midwest to Eastern states. Give your self time. I really enjoy your videos! Continue to enjoy your new home! Me and my family don't eat pork. We love beef bacon. The best store brand I've found is Godshall. I checked the ingredient list after your vid and it's no sugar in it :)

We moved back to Montana from California. I learned quickly not to tell people we came from CA. We try not to compare or say stuff like, “we’re used to doing it like this in CA.” lol some people will not even give you a chance once they know. Praying for the neighbor.

Suggestions only: 7foot fence immediately...this is a person acting a fool. Spirit and flesh are at work. I hear you. Be gentle like a dove and wise as a serpent. Put that fence up and no contact or engagement...have a go between because people are evil and think and dwell on negativity. Block him. Maintain your peace. Praying for guidance and wisdom. I know y'all didn't ask...this was triggering

It definitely doesn’t have to be this way. I tried being a friend to him. I’ve allowed him to have his gardener and other people drive on to my property with their vehicles so they can get work done on his land.
I remember that show.
Call your local fire department and find out what the laws are concerning how close to your property line or dwelling that he can have a burn pile.

Yikes! What about calling the fire department next time? There has got to be certain rules right? Windy day, close to the house…. What about fire marshall? They enforce fire “codes”. Just a thought.
Being able to look at the situation from the outside, I am wondering if the trigger happened in the text message. Even though you asked him a question, it sounds like he got triggered but he may have read that question with the wrong tone. I would say further communication may need to be talking on the phone or in person, so the tone is correct. I think all of us who have texted, have misinterpreted a message or had message misinterpreted before. Now, I’m not excusing him because I don’t think he wants you there but there could be a path to civility at the least. Hope it all works out for you and the family.

Praying for you guys. I know how it feels dealing with neighbors like that. They all are like that around me unfortunately. But I will tell you this. We've tried being kind and for certain people that doesn't work. So we got to the point where we protect our home and our peace and refuse to deal with them. If there is any issue we handle it within the laws and ask God for His protection over us. And He has not failed to protect us. I pray the same for you.
Be careful and prayerful! could be why the house was vacant for so long. Consider putting up a fence soon as possible. pray and annoint your home.

I seriously hate that you are having to deal with this unreasonable jerk. Having to smell smoke in your home like this is so unacceptable. Your home is supposed to be your haven. I will pray that God convicts him to move the burn pile.
A bad neighbor can really make your life miserable

This neighbor is not going to change if he has a history with other neighbors. The end result is either you move or he moves. He is a very unhappy person and that is clearly reflected in his behavior and anger towards others. He is fighting over a small piece of property of which he cannot take with him when he dies. Probably why the house was empty for so long. Sorry for your situation. One of the worst thing that a person can experience is having a bad neighbor.
I'm hopeful that things will get better. I believe the power of the Holy Spirit can change even the hardest of hearts.

Girl try making breakfast rolls (egg, cheese and a meat) or burritos. They freeze so well and take one minute to heat. It’s a great breakfast choice and can add fruit with them or a smoothie ❤ makes my life easier

@@HourPointOfView No we currently live a couple hours away but we visit the CBUS area 10-15 times a year and enjoy summer weekends in town. we are familiar with the outer ring burbs and outlying areas. We adore the area and finally decided to make the move. We have kids as well and hope to find a home and property soon so I’ve been following your move to Ohio closely :)
I’m so upset that you guys ended up with a crappy neighbor. The smell of burning wood is horrible and although you’re in the country it should still be a law for burning near someone’s property line. like there are ordinances in the city that won’t even allow you to keep garbage cans near the house, they have to be kept several feet away , so you would think their has to be some rules on where you can burn wood on your property, have you all looked that up online? I like your approach in keeping Gods word and praying this man, forgive but don’t take the nonsense ❤ 🙏🏾

We had a similar neighbor, she burned her trash, weeds, brush and cardboard between our houses. It filled our house with the windows shut, the smell made me gag and made it hard to breath. Unfortunately what people do on their property is their business and they don't like people telling them what to do on their own property. We sold our home and moved, best decision we ever made. It's not good to be irritated all the time, I feel so much better since we moved. You may need a bigger property!
Hey family, I know this can be a issue with neighbors but please handle with caution. I watch a show on the ID channel called Fear thy Neighbor and some of those situations are so sad….murder all of it.

Being honest, anyone that is from the city that moves to a rural area automatically gets labeled xyz. Same thing happened to me when I moved to rural KY and I'm from Cincinnati Ohio. I've had to tell people I now know to stop being disrespectful to people from the city because they call them terrible names in private. It's disgusting how people treat other people just because they are from a different place from them.

We have been in East Oklahoma since 2015. Where we live is 1% black population. We are the only black couple living in our neighborhood. We have never had any problems until a family moved in a house behind us. They have called the police on us 3 times for our dogs barking. The first 2 times it was 8pm at night and the third time was in the day time. Their dog is always barking and we don't call the police. Actually, our next-door neighbor is a police officer. I was a Juvenile Probation Officer until 2018, and I had to file for disability. My coworkers here were prejudiced. I actually was more educated than they were. This part of Oklahoma, I heard, was prejudiced. My husband retires next month, and we will be moving in a year. I have never had problems with a neighbor before, so we just try to keep the dogs in the house as much as possible now. I will keep you in prayer, and I ask that you keep us and our dogs in prayer.
I buy organic sugar I tried to like maple syrup for my sweetener, but I just can’t do it. Do not like the taste. I alternate between organic sugar and raw honey.

He sounds like he’s not used to and does not like seeing a thriving, healthy, happy black family. I would keep my distance , watch your girls, because he sounds spiteful. We have to watch as well as pray because peace is maintained by strength. The evil doer will try to break our peace, we can be respectful yet strong against someone who doesn’t respect our kindness and takes it for weakness.
Suggestion: Put some kind of hair bracelet on your wrist to remind you that your oven is on. This is done by a homesteader in Alabama to remind him to shut the water off when he waters his animals. Same principal.

Have any of the other neighbors had experiences with this neighbor. He seems easily triggered. Be careful with people like that. Praying God resolves this situation.

These type of people are so bothered & can be so evil he thought you would be afraid of him which is the most cowardly way to treat your neighbor or anyone you are correct to pray for him he needs it more than you know. Remember misery loves company pray record every incident & leave him to his misery.

Your neighbor sounds like he has a disorder and might be on drugs the reasons why he's reactive, and evil. I had three neighbors like him when I moved to my new place and I remembered that the children of Israel were told to fight to take their inheritance and God was with them, so my point is document and use the law and it's a Sin to fear, so don't, because praying for and against the enemy is a sure win Everytime. You can exist on your land without allowing him to steal your peace. Stand and do what is right and protect. You can forgive Satan all day, and he won't care. The wording one another is brothers and sisters who humble themselves and work towards peace. I don't think he's a man of faith with that type of fruit. Read and study your Bible more so you won't be fooled by the world's lies

Im new. I have watched a few videos but, I thought you all moved to Columbus. Not very many people inside the municipal corp with acres of land. There are a few areas that became overtly racist in 2016. Anything south or west is pretty much Trump Country. Same goes for too far north (mt Gilead)or east (Pataskala) lol.
