Why when im doing hamsting stretch my tendons which are located on the inside of my knee stretch and hurt in the leg where I have sciatic pain? And the other leg causes same, just not as much. From as much as I read online it's the sciatic nerve being shortened in that back area. Is something like nerve flossing good? Should I just ignore it and continue doing stage 1, then stage 2 like you teach, etc?
It's going to be because you're stretching wrong in most cases - I would definitely check out the program as it removes these sorts of issues for you. Additionally check out todays podcast because that was all about sciatica! backinshapeprogram.com/2023/09/sciatica-causes-exercises-treatments-to-relieve-pain/
Thank you so much for all the help. Im getting your program as soon as i get my salary. Would your program help me figure out what's wrong and how to do it correctly? And even if it turns out that my for is correct would your program help me figure out what is the other issue?
