the F1 was never the new McLaren’s car anyway. It was Gordon Murray’s. His vision and design from the ground up. That’s why if you look at his upcoming car, the Gordon Murray T.50, the proprotions and styling cues are almost the same. As is the fact that it’s N/A and only equipped with a 6 spd manual.
New McLaren is more focused towards making an exciting car with the thighest profit margins. Some work, like the 675LT and the P1 (which for me are the pinnacle of modern McLaren) but more often than not the rest are just kinda... okay to meh.
The McLaren GT, Speedtail and P1 were the last good looking ones in my opinion
@Maverick it think the GT is the most no-nonsense McLaren, very elegant, very simple. The Speedtail is like it's fancy big brother. The P1 is just pretty violent, although it looks very tame compared to its rival the LaFerrari and rather playful compared to the most elegant and serious car that is the Porsche 918.
That car looks very futuristic
I hope Manny gets one so you get to review it!
And drive it !
He only buys appreciating vehicles (mostly).
They put some senna bodywork in a speedtail.
Next video: I sold all my cars and bought the McLaren Sabre!🙃
Not about to happen I'm afraid
@@Shmee150 Also imagine importing it BACK from the USA...
You nailed it when you did the maths and how your existing garage = ,more or less 1 sabre
McLaren are just a joke at this point. What even is that? It just looks like a Senna with a different bodykit... and I bet they are charging a zillion dollars for it.
They’re almost bankrupt lol they need this
Lots of elements of favorite Mclarens from the past 5 years.
It doesn't look like a great value.
I hope you won't be getting one.
Which part of “US market only” did you miss?
Local car collector in Columbus has his order and spec confirmed. Will be cool to see it when it comes across the pond!
Legit what mclaren does: senna release, next car has senna components. Mclaren is a money sucking operation.
It's beautiful 😍😍😍 My favourite is the purple/black and the silver/black one 🤤 I want that thing 😫
And I thought they couldn’t do anything uglier than the senna...
No
As an Aegis Sabre lover, this makes me happy

Tim you are by far the best informed hard working car automotive autist on the you tubes. Much respect for you. One health tip.. Take multivitamins, add them to your breakfast/diet . You lack vitamins, I can see that. It keeps you going, trust me. Much respect en have a wonderful 2021! NL take a bit. More rest, and enjoy life with your girlfriend for example.
This car is just lazy stuff from McLaren
I think it’s cool. Would be nice if McLaren do a special car for Europe or even just the U.K. after all we are the home of McLaren
Well no offence this is a good car but j want Mclaren back in lemans
1 day in advance(for me) , Congratulations on owning your senna for 1 year...👍👍👏😃
More expenso mclarens, when will a studentfriendly mclaren come
Student friendly... McLaren... errr
There are already scale model toys for you students.
I like it more than the Senna and the Senna has really grown on me
Mclaren has become such a lame brand, no wonder they are going bankrupt... If you have to call every single model "Special edition" or "Limited Edition" are they really that special? Still trying to figure out whats quicker a Mclaren or its depreciation...
This thing looks INCREDIBLE I wonder how it would look with the senna
