1. Squat down teaching exercise: Crouch, peek and keep aiming at the head (10 minutes)
2. Gun control training: Go to the top off the hill and shoot at the moving targets down below (5 min / akm and m4 no attachments)
3. Left and Right peak: Peak left and then aim at the left target and then peak right and aim at right target (5 min)
4. Shoot and Prone: First Shoot and Prone and then quickly unprone (5 min / try in fpp)
5. Gun leaning: Hide behind cover lean. Shoot all the moving targets but after shoot 1 target crouch and then uncrouch and continue (5 min)
