      Thanks for following my channel sir. Not sure when application will be open for public as High court has ordered not to issue applications until further notice.
      Auction for existing BDA sites will be called by BDA separately, this video is only for upcoming layout, I am not familiar with the new auction procedure sir, recently all auctions are migrated to kppp portal.

    BDA will develop sites after 50 years of allotment. Hence it is better to take from private land developers as it will much better compared to BDA.

      I can understand your concern & sentiments sir but still people prefer BDA sites only, however as you said we have many good private developers also from whom we can buy sites at much lesser price with lot of better amenities.

      No sir, incase you are from SC ST, Category 1 you can pay initial deposit amount lesser than applicants from other category, later you have to pay full amount only.

    Sir, What is the site price for SC/ST ? and what is the time provided for SC/ST to make the payment for site if allotted ? I understand initial deposit for SC/ST is 5%. I would like to understand if there is any discount for SC/ST's in site price and time duration provided to make the payment. Keep up your good work.

      Thanks for watching sir. There is no discount specifically for SC ST, instead there is 50% discount for 20*30 sites for all those who come under EWS.

    Sir, your calculations is wrong.. You have to calculate aftrr the sq mt to sq ft..
    eg 9*12 ia not a 30*40 site.. Its less than that.. we have to calc acvordingly

      Sir, please watch complete video 🙏 I have clearly mentioned that on papers it would be in meters however in general I have told approximate value for 1200 Sqft, I knew that 9*12 Metres would be 1163 sqft, just for explanation purpose I have taken round figure of 1200 sqft. Hope this clarifies.

      BDA has given notice to bescom asking not to give power connection to properties coming under certain survey numbers proposed for acquisition, please check with concerned authority for detailed information.

    Thanks for the information. When we apply for site . How allotement and lottery process happens? Can we mention our preference in the application or we should take what ever they allot to us ? I know gettting allotment is tough, Swalpa information kodi sir.

      BDA sites are allotted based on seniority, i.e; number of attempts. There is no lottery system in BDA site allotment process. Also, we don't have option to mention preferences, just need to take whatever allotted to us.

    I smell some rat in this project. Seems there is an uncertainty prevailing in this project. Every time Court's intervention make things still worse. First of all, price fixed by BDA is astronomical. You don't know how many years it will take to develop the layout completely. Better to buy from private Developers.
    Those who have already applied should withdraw their hard money and invest in private layouts.

      BDA is well known for corruption & irregularities. However, people are still fond of BDA sites which we can't comment on their preferences. People can buy sites from private developers for same price with better amenities.

      Yes sir, have given only one example, even the site price is tentative only, please do not come to any conclusions until BDA releases notification. Moreover 30*40 & above sites will easily cost you more than 45 Lakhs, hence 6.65% stands valid.
