Just to confess not that well versed in computer.So purchased a brand new laptop and I wanted to make a system image backup on an external usb drive.So I went ahead and bought a new SanDisk 128 gb usb pendrive.I started with backup first got a popup the pendrive need to be formatted in NTFS as it had default exFat.After formatting the usb pendrive in NTFS when the second time i started the image backup again I got a popup saying "a system image cannot be saved on this location"and "the selected drive is not protected by bitlocker",so pls can you advise can I use this 128 gb pendrive for image back up, and if yes how .....if no how can I find a compatible external usb drive with NTFS as default format.My laptop has windows 11 home preactivated.So just for the sake of image back up do i need to upgrade to Windows 11pro.PLS HELP ... urgently waiting for your reply.
You can take but the space in the external drive should be more than of Windows drive whose backup you are taking
Hello sir, aapne apne knoledge base par ho sakta hai bahut achhe recommondations diye ho , par mera experience bahut hi worst raha , sabse bada chor to khud microsoft hi hai, maine mehsus kiya hai ki wo apne products ko jabardasti thopta hai, agar uske product me dam hai achhe hai to koi bhi khud hi use karna chaahega, lekin uske product taklif dene wale ho to kaise use kare, maine win11 instal kiya to bahut problem aaye ab win10 instal kiya jaise apna microsoft account connect kiya saare setting change ho gaye, pahle to updates se pareshan tha roz mera 2gb ka data aise hi khatm ho jaata 2 din koi kaam nahi kar saka aur koi program ya browser bhi download nahi kar paa raha windows defender sab rok raha vlc player bhi instal nahi karne de raha, aur ab badi samasya ye hai rozana C drive ka volume badh raha data kis folder me jama ho raha pata nahi pichhle 2 din me 25 gb badh gaya kya karu , samasya itni gambhir hai likhne baithu to novel ban jayegi, aap bhi nahi padh payenge, agar is ek samsya ka solution bata sake to badi meharbani hogi, agar aapko koi etraz na ho to vistar se mail likhunga.
