Linkus is actually the funniest guy alive😭bro is a zelda speedrunner and a nurse on the side, isn’t a US citizen but lives in Texas like is he even real
Just as an FYI, if you don't have a sword, but you have the Skull Hammer and Iron Boots, wear the boots and do a jump attack with the hammer. It's super fast as an attack and I assume it does quad damage.
I'm genuinely baffled by the fact this meme isn't long dead yet. It wasn't even funny the first time, and it never became ironically funny either. It's meaningless and pointless, and frustrating to consistently scroll past. Please internet stop this.
that's a really good start for a randomizer, only 44 mins for the grappling hook and 53 mins for the deku leaf? i'd hate to say baby seed, but this is a really good start
I don't think there really is such thing as a best 3D Zelda. They all have such unique identities and they all excel in the things they do. I know Skyward Sword remains divisive to this day, but it is one of my personal favorites and I still love it to this day. Especially after recently playing the HD re-release which just enhanced the experience. I just think it's a very polished title and while it's more linear than previous entries, I think the world is still very well crafted and fun to explore in it's own way. The story and soundtrack are also just beautiful, and I remember the game absolutely blowing my mind once I got my hands on it But I also have really fond memories of Twilight Princess as the game that got me into the series when my sister bought it for me for Christmas in 2010. As a child I was apprehensive to play the "realistic" Zeldas (I only ever played Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, and I didn't even know Wind Waker existed lmao), but I wasn't going to just throw away a game I got as a present, so I eventually gave it a shot a few months later and absolutely fell in love. This led me to playing the entire rest of the series over the following years And I do have a lot of nostalgia for Wind Waker as well, because I first played it after getting the Wind Waker special edition Wii U back in the day. It was the first home console we ever bought that was specifically for me and not the family, and I loved it. I had it all the way until last summer when I sadly sold it because I needed the money. Breath of the Wild probably holds the most special place in my heart because I was old enough that I actually saved up my own money so that I could buy a switch and the game on launch day (which I did by getting my father to agree to take me to Target at 8:00am). It was also the first 3D Zelda to come out after I got fully engrossed in the series, so it was the first time I really got to relish in the pre-release hype building up to the game's launch. And boy did they generate a lot of hype. I don't think any gaming experience can ever quite match the joy and wonder of exploring BotW's version of Hyrule for the first time. Ocarina of Time I'm honestly pretty indifferent on, because the original was well before my time, and the remake was just a bit too soon before I really got into the series. So I love that game as well and enjoy it, but I don't really have any specifically fond memories of it like i do the other 3D entries. Majora's Mask I'm admittedly not a fan of, but I don't think it's a bad game; just not my cup of tea. Needless to say, the whole series holds a special place in my heart. I am also a big fan of all of the 2D titles; A Link to the Past is a true classic, and Minish Cap is an underrated gem. I'm a big fan of the DS entries since they were the first two games I played in the series before really getting into Zelda, and I love all the other 2D titles as well. But they just can't quite match the charm, joy, and overall magnitude of the 3D entries. That said, I think we are well overdue for a new Zelda game of that style. The last time we got a brand new top-down Zelda was A Link Between Worlds over a decade ago
Americans know of Switzerland because it’s a “neutral country” and also Sound of Music. If you tell people Sweden is where PewDiePie is from they’ll understand (for the most part lmao) and IKEA meatballs
7:55 I may not be a man of culture, and I may not get my furniture at ikea, but I DO speedrun Seterra (Europe) so it would be more offensive for ME if I said you were from switzerland.
Unless it's the RUclips compression, you do have very youthful skin. You could definitely get away with saying you're younger than you are - whether that's a good thing or not is subjective.
Yeah I like Windwaker as much as the next guy, but pretending that it’s the best one when the game design is so pathetically simple is kinda silly. And yes, Breath of the Wild is one of the worst games Nintendo has ever released.
@@ShinyDitto64 LBW released a decade ago and it sucked too. BotW didn’t “redefine” shit. There literally isn’t a single thing BotW even _attempted_ to try that hadn’t already been done better by other open world games.
@@theplinko9840 it’s the freedom that it gives you, it doesn’t just plague you with arrows and dialogue of where to go, you can explore anywhere within the map, the freedom for allowing you to try something out with such an interactive environment, all put together by the remarkable level design where you constantly spot glimpses of new exciting things in pretty much every location.
@@ShinyDitto64 an overreliance on freedom is objectively bad game design. Games need rules, otherwise they by definition aren’t games. Breath of the Wild’s level design amounts to nothing more than “no thoughts, head empty, walk/climb in a straight line for a half an hour until you reach the next poorly designed shrine” and it’s specifically because it never restricts you in any way.
@@theplinko9840 “Games need rules” Says who, sandbox games exist, botw is a stunning game, the terrain is interesting that it makes you want to explore many structures are around, you argue shrines are poorly designed but they’re in essence just classic Zelda dungeon style puzzles spread across the world. No restrictions? Like what you want people to not be able to complete a puzzle? The player isn’t god they still have to do the puzzle, they’re just given multiple ways to do it.
I am so glad that Linkus is doing Windwaker randomizer again.

Too bad he hard coded a baby seed 😭

To be honest wind water is probably the first Zelda game I did not need to look at a guide for anything once
I only used a guide for the triforce part
SWEDISH FISH IS A FANTASTIC SNACK, and reason to remember Sweden. 😂😂😂

Love to see Randomizer!!!!!!!
Favorite type of content from linkus, almost never get to see it
Linkus is my favorite Swiss zelda streamer /s 😂

Linkus: "Cheese!"
Me: "Cheese, Gromit."
13:53 gives me an idea for a difficulty mod where everything hits a little harder and bosses only give you heart pieces
It must be Christmas because I’m watching a linkus wind waker randomizer

Hey, Linkus, I hope your family is doing well back in Switzerland! =D
If Linkus is Swedish, does that mean he Knows Joel Vinesauce?
Linkus is swedish, he knows simon henriksson and doctor purnell
Awesome content mannen!
HEY! Finally new content!
Linkus, if it makes you feel better, I know Sweden because my favorite gummies are Swedish fish
7:35 ngl I’m surprised about that because Sweden has IKEA and Minecraft.
HE IS BACK…. THE DROUGHT HAS BEEN RESOLVED…. yay
best sweater linkus, 10/10
I wonder if there are Randomizers where the Great Sea is Cursed throughout the Entire Game?

Linkus playing as Link again? It took you long enough
i had not seen a ww rando in a while, i totally forgot they were a thing lmao
Maybe they’re confusing Switzerland with Scandinavia?

Linkus please upload the full VOD to your vods channel. Please! I rather want to want to watch the full run on YT.

Sweden should be renamed to Ikealand xD

I know Sweden but that's because of Sabaton and other bands of the like 😂
Is it already a new day? Feels like yesterday was as long as a month...🤔
in my defence, in french, i know that suisse and suède aren't the same thing. Sweden and switzerland is confusing me in english
Wait we all had to learn where Sweden was right?!
But Sweden has meatballs
Do you ever miss Switzerland?
8:09 talking about how people don’t know Sweden, but like Pewdiepie? Also from Sweden? No?
How old is Linkus, actually? I'm 27, and I always assumed he was around my age.

Skyward Sword was the last good Zelda. Everything after that has been insultingly bad.
Lbw came out two years later😂 the classic formula isn’t gone forever,
Also botw maybe did a little thing and you know redefined the open world genre.
