Honestly the only real downside is no lefty ones yet. 2-3 years they will I think I heard. Me being lefty there really isn't many options this year. Ruger isn't making many, winchester xprs I don't like, already have an x bolt hunter, tikka's base model isn't worth the price tag and i don't like them. Have a tikka roughtech it was expensive and I love it but would never buy another one for that price. So that really only leaves me with savage and I have an old school axis and the new 110. I refuse to pay for the Christensen and weatherby mark V. When they come out with this gun in left handed and 300 prc I will have one first day I find one. Would consider 6.8 western if there's more ammo options available by then
There beautiful guns I had a xbolt long range 7mm and just wasn't happy with it so I sold it I know don't let one bad apple ruin the whole bunch but I don't think I'll ever buy another one
@ReloadingWeatherby not at all tried 7 different factory loadings and loaded up a bunch of different hand loads and just never could get it to group I had about 400 rounds through the gun if not more
@SpudOutdoors vortex match rings and vortex pst gen 2 I sent the gun and scope back and nothings wrong with the scope or rings I put it on my 300wm and it's a tack driver

It has a brake... so recoil wasn't bad

How long is that barrel? The muzzle velocity is the same as the velocity at 100 yards
