There's a bunch of deaf people in sorcs. I holler and holler but no one let's me around. It's so frustrating.

This is a great point to discuss. This is only my 4th year racing, so I may just not understand. I was taught to yell and rev on people as long as they are not in your class. I was taught that if they are in your class, you should pass them fair and square. Can y’all set the record straight for me? I was trying to put a clean pass on RJ here, but I could’ve just yelled?

@@jasonmckenzie8465 I'm not getting any response from yelling much at all. I'm in my 30th year of racing and I've never had so much trouble passing. I don't know the secret. Just get around however you can without wrecking you or anyone..

@@jasonmckenzie8465 I’d rather not tangle with someone for the chance at a wooden plaque, so I suppose it’s my way of letting people know I’m right there. I know if someone gives me a yell or a rev, I’ll make room regardless of class.

I’m no set expert on set up, but we are headed to croom the week of Christmas and I’ll definitely have to take the camera. Let me know if you’ve got any questions and I’ll give you my input!

@@robbiewalker222 more about what mods you have on the bike. I’m in Tampa and will be at croom a couple days over the break.

Being comfortable with your suspension set up is key. Having the right springs/sag is a start. Seat time and small adjustments until you find a good baseline. Good carb jetting is a must for elevation/riding style. Most people run some type of anti vibration dampening bar mounts to help your hands because the YZ's shake ALOT. (I run an RG3 upper triple clamp. Flex bars and the MACO360 are good options also. Enduro engineering rotor guard, cycra full wrap handguards, Acerbis 3.2 gallon tank, ASV clutch lever, APEX head with XC dome are all the mods I need to make a YZ250X feel right.
