      I don't understand the whole bench rom, like he is arching as high as he can, he just has long arms. Powerliftering is the only sport i know where you get bullied for being built for a lift.

    What I’ve learned from this excellent video is that if you can lift the following naturally then you’re an absolute beast:
    Squat 589lbs 268kg
    Deadlift 661lbs 301kg
    Bench 369lbs 168kg

    Who red lighted the bench at 9:50? Swear some judges just want to cause problems

      The lights aren't anonymous, they represent each judge The left and right one represents the left and right judge and the middle one represents the middle judge.

    • @quickmax4648
      @quickmax4648 9 месяцев назад +1

      @arikrotem9750 I would have liked to see the limits of his natural strength. I reckon he had a lot more gains left. Also being natural is just more respectable.

    • @arikrotem9750
      @arikrotem9750 9 месяцев назад +1

      @quickmax4648 he already did... and being unnatty has nothing to do with respect... lol. People want to see big lifts.
      Also, bein unnatty is ok as long as you arent faking it.

    • @quickmax4648
      @quickmax4648 9 месяцев назад

      I didn't say he didn't already prove his strength naturally. I said he probably had a much higher potential of strength he could have reached naturally. As for people just wanting to see big lifts that's obviously wrong. Far more people watch tested lifting such as Sheffield and IPF worlds. Just look at the numbers lol

      @quickmax4648 jesus olivires outlifted the untested bell's total, which shows you how these federations are complete shit. Daniel isn't some juicehead gym buddy. He is a genetic freak outlayer who responds very well to peds. Ill rather respect more bell who is open about being untested rather than some fake natties.
      Russel crew is also a good example being a fake natty. Ever since he took a break from competing, he made some insane intermediate strength and muscle gains for someone really advanced.
