      @@MHB30hey man great stuff!
      I can’t find any good review videos of Proven Strength app. Have you seen any? Considering trying it out but gotta do my due diligence before committing.
      My schedule changes week to week, does the app give option to switch back and forth between 3 days a week and 5?
      Does it give you the option to swap exercises? Especially for accessories.
      I’m a firefighter and different stations can have totally different equipment. I try to squat and bench at home where I have good equipment; and deadlift, OHP and accessories at work where it’s a mixed bag.

      I’m at 3 times per week now. Which is what a normally train at. I was as low as 1x during strongman prep. Might add a second heavy single day in to get used to holding heavy weight again.

    • @drhjhulsebos
      @drhjhulsebos Год назад

      @frigidowl6492 true enough, the stretch reflex is over after a few milliseconds. I just like holding longer as a prep for the first pull on a snatch which basically feels like a modified squat off the ground. Not doing it the way I do certainly hasn't hurt his godlike ability to pull.
