The feedback on this video has been amazing, thank you all 😁 And to answer the question about the arms/hands...I can spend quite a while sculpting and re-topologising these aspects, so to save time I keep a library of personal templates. Hi, just found this video, I enjoyed watching your work and the style is really nice. It would be great if you decide to make a tutorial video or even a little tips and tricks video, either way, keep up the awesome work.

@@randa.7826 Hey there, thanks for the feedback, and yes you can rig anything as long as there is enough geometry to bend in line with your rig, hope that helps 😁

THIS IS A STUNNING MODEL. Am i crazy to think that c4d has a little more of a realistic 'pop' in its rendering than Blender? While Blender does other things better than C4d? Don't get me wrong this is GORGEOUS - but is there a certain physical-tangible feel to c4d renders that is hard to get in Blender? Obviously Blender is free and has all sorts of other great features- but I'm just wondering - mostly for my own sanity lol...
Hey hey, thanks for the kind words 😁 And I get what yours saying in regards to your comment on the render differences, I think it's probably a couple of factors. Generally blenders BSDF shader that I'm using here was designed for 'stylised' works, in addition to C4D using other render engines which will yield different results. But there are other render engine options such as Octane that can also be set up in Blender, but in my experience it felt like more hastle to get set up than it was worth 😅 Although I'm sure more experienced Blender artists could probably offer more insight!
@@KeelanJon Thank you for the response. Glad im not crazy lol . Rn I'm thinking learn Blender, embrace the online ecostem and the sculpting tools - but just render my stuff in C4d or figure out Octane in Blender as I do enjoy that look.
