I have never seen a crew who works shoulder to shoulder like that. I love moon cakes, they are quite pricey here in California. $35 for a 4 pack which I think is ridiculous.
@@brucewayne2773it's not about it being difficult to makes, he has to paid all those employees to makes them, if you buy a cheap moon cake, it may not taste good. He created jobs for those employees, California paid their employees high wages, 20 dollars and hours
@@alanluong1278 Understood the cost to do business. I have noticed that moon cakes that are found here in California are actually from China, it surprises me. I guess the shelf life is pretty good for months.
@@brucewayne2773yes, if they are stored bought, many stored sell moon cake from different countries, China, Singapore, Vietnam, etc. He custom made these moon cake at his kitchen, and they are not from China, Vietnam and China has the same custom when they are celebrating full moon festival

Chinese moon cake in the US is double to triple the price compare to Vietnamese moon cake in the US market.
