- A perfect start to Anzac Day here in Noosa with blue skies over low lying cloud. A light 3 to 5 knot south westerly breeze blowing at the river mouth. A moderate, gnarly swell on the bar but no problems for those who chose the right time and place. Glassy in the bay. BOM forecast is for south to south westerly winds 10 to 15 knots turning south easterly during the afternoon and evening. Seas: Around 1 metre. Swell: Easterly 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to around 1 metre by early evening. Filmed between 5.50am and 7.45am which was roughly an hour before a 1.71m high tide. Background Music: 'Six Seasons'... by Unicorn Heads.
Great footage of the Haines Patriot
As always great photography 😀
done that bar plenty of times and it is always a little unnerving, great job to all those that made it out today. always love watching your videos. can you do a few more fly overs of the channel as it is great to see how it's continually moving.
thanks for never missing a day
Nice ray old fella
Hey ewan!
Hey ewan
The guy catching the stingray is my friends dad😂
Bloke with a noice flatty in there. Lovely that! 😊
Is that a dredge there at the moment? 2:44
Yes. They're deepening and widening the middle boat channel and replenishing the eroded sand on the 'Dog Beach'.
@@fishingnoosaThanks. I’m looking forward to moving up there next year.
You can’t show us old mate reeling in the fish and not provide an update! Did he get it? What was it? Cheers 👍
Ha ha. Was waiting for a 'bite'. 😄 It was a large stingray. He got busted off in the end.
@@fishingnoosa I can relax now
