My family once scooped a pregnant mama cat off the street 24 hours before she gave birth to six kittens. Only one boy in the bunch! When they got old enough to be adopted, we had a family with two young girls come by to take a look. To the oldest I said, "The black and white one is the only boy, do you know what that means?" She shook her head. "It means he has five sisters!" She was shocked. "You only have one, can you imagine having five?" She glanced at her sister, eyes wide. "No way!" They ended up adopting the runt of the litter (not the boy).
Interesting how the handsome dark kitten is the only boy among his pretty, fair sisters. And all utterly adorable. Bengals have such unique color and markings!

Once on New Year's Eve, we were over at a friend's house and spent the entire evening drowning in cuteness overload, watching clip after clip. It was one of my favourite celebrations. Also - that first shot of great big Samson is utterly majestic.
Aaaaawwww!! Those tiny kittens look so soft and cuddly, I just want to pet them!! I need to go find one of my cats and pet their soft fur (even if they are probably sleeping and will let out one of those cute annoyed meows when I wake them)! I just love cats so much!!
