Gamechanging video. I have been struggling with myself to try to figure out rhythm. You nailed it. I would create this whole elaborate idea and think I could put it all into play and bam too hard too much and fail and burn out. It makes so much sense to just build onto the rhythm step by step by making one change at a time. Thank you so much for breaking down so simply my main obstacle because I totally looked on social media and then felt overwhelmed because I could not replicate this beautiful rhythm.
I do have Pancakes on Sunday night! Regularly. Also do you have any advice for any alternating rhythms. Our dad person works a flip flop schedule where he's off MWF one week and TW the next week.
