**Finding Normal
The only thing standing between Dr. Lisa Leland (Candace Cameron Bure) and her dream wedding in the Hamptons is a 2600-mile drive from Los Angeles to Long Island. But a run-in with the law in the country town of Normal, Louisiana leaves Lisa with a choice: jail or community service. Sentenced to three days as the town's doctor, Lisa soon finds her world turned upside-down by a man and discovers a lot more to Normal.

I can't believe this judge been acting and I have never seen him before. The man is a born actor. The entire cast is wonderful. Well made family movie.

I live in Fremantle West Australia I'm here for medical reasons, I miss my normal up in the east Kimberlies north east Australia and I can't wait to go back up to my small church group and gathering for fellowship and worship. Came across this movie while down here I cried and told my friend I need to go back up to normal cos this here in Freo anit like normal but don't get me wrong the people are the most nicest people ever in Fremantle but I haven't got anyone to talk about the Lord or share bible study with me, so definitely I'm heading back to normal when my days are done here with the doctors and going back to my small community and our church group for fellowship and worship. Praise the Lord Amem from Australia 🇦🇺 🙏 🙌 ❤️
@paulprigge1209 I'm from the bush and Fremantle and Perth city is not my life style, but I have no choice I'm here for medical reasons, and my home is where my heart is when I'm healed I'll go back home. Plus in Australia we don't call or say I'm from the country I'm from the bush so I'm a bush girl.
Might look cute and cozy on film, but try living in a town like that. Deep South Southerners don't like anyone who wasn't born there.

Yes, i also enjoy this movie. The plot is not over the top, acting is over-average. I like the beginning, not hitting everyone over the head with exposition, like these types of movies tend to do. For me, it needs like 10 more minutes at the end. Too rushed and therefore loosing the subtle nature. I would liked to have seen her getting uncomfortable going back to her "normal" life, to find Normal again.

I love this movie because it is worthwhile to see the good of what life can hold for you if you seek it. As a child I remember finding three charms that said, "faith, hope and love" and at that time I wasn't aware what it meant but this movie shows what it does and glad I had "faith in God and hope in my heart -which loves follows throughout my life." How lucky I was to be reminded of those three charms which showed the way to a better life.
A great career is nothing to a great life full of love! What's important is what take with
you when you leave this earth! Not what you will leave behind!

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful story of realization about what a life "should be". The acting, the humour, the humility, the message - all are inspirational. The superficiality of many lives when reflected on shows that through God's love we can attain something so much more wortthwhile in our lives. Money is not the leading motivator, love for others is. I am not christian, but i have faith in a god. Loved this movie. It's not material things that make us happy. It's all of us good and bad. How we interact and respect one another. How we have to stand up for our beliefs to better our community and others, but not subjugate others to our beliefs. Open their eyes to a different view point were others can look at themselves in a different direction. Grow, explore, and have faith.

I've seen this movie previously, yet here I am on a night with sleeping issues and against my better judgment, opted to watch this movie thinking I should be trying to sleep. Didn't know what to expect from this movie, and was not sure I would like it, but was hooked from the very start and kept interested until the end. CS Lewis wrote that if we look for truth we may find comfort in the end, but if we look for comfort we will not find comfort or truth. Perhaps that may help to explain her choice at the end. In the end she chose to be normal.

I'm 73 years old. Seen many a flick. I laughed through this one and sniveled the rest the rest of the time. Not only because of the subject matter; but because of it's base wisdom and reality. Yup. I'm an old man... And I sniveled. So call a cop... It reminded me of the way it really used to be for where I grew up in Idaho.

Enjoyed the movie. Would have been better without the stripper heels. Anyone who works in the medical profession, this would be a last choice. Their feet are always the first to go.
I see a big resemblance with my country, a deep divide between city and countryside. People in the city are really good in telling countryfolk how they should lead their lives and how they should manage or cultivate nature, while they themselves are hardly part of a vibrant community and they pave almost every piece of greenery in the city or suburbs. The best stewards of nature and community are people from the countryside, not from the city.

Men have no conscience, they have lost their righteousness and they have no character-yet there is still a there is a very important thing that you have not mentioned, that is, "betrayal" the final consequence of these dispositions existing in any person once they have been corrupted by Satan is their betrayal of God.)

SATAN LIES to DECEPT you. WHAT is NATURAL LYING?

The purpose of lying is actually to deceive you! Are there any other scams? (It tempts, harms, blinds and deceives)

God.) There are SIX MAIN DECEPTIONS that SATAN USES to CORRUPT PEOPLE. ☀️

This means using threats and coercive tactics to force you to comply you're thinking about what might happen if you don't follow through. You are afraid and do not dare to oppose it, so you submit to it. ☀️
The second is fraud and trickery. What does " FRAUD and DECEPTION " involve? Satan makes up several stories and lies, tricking you into believing them. ☀️
The third is forced indoctrination. What is forced to teach the People? Is forced indoctrination done by the will of the People? (No) Even if you don't agree, there's nothing you can do. SATAN DOCTRINES you without youCONSCIOUS, that it IMPOSES on YOU its THINKING its LIFE POLICIES and its SPIRIT. ☀️
The fourth is threats and enticements. That is, Satan uses various tricks to get you to accept it, follow it, work in its service. It will do everything to achieve its goals.
Sometimes it gives you SMALL favors, WHILE it LEADS you to SIN. If you DON'T FOLLOW it, it WILL TORTURE you and PUNISH you, and it WILL use various WAYS to ATTACK you and trap you. ☀️
The fifth is deception and paralysis. "DECEPTION and PARALYSIS" is Satan's construction of some catchy words and ideas suitable to the minds of the People, to be released as if it were considering the physical condition of their lives and tomorrow, when the truth is its only purpose is to deceive you. Then it paralyzes you so that you do not know what is right and what is wrong, so you are DECEPTED WITHOUT knowing and UNDER its CONTROL. ☀️
The sixth is the destruction of body and mind. Which part of man does Satan destroy? (THE HUMAN MIND and WHOLE HUMANITY) SATAN DESTROYES your MIND, LEAVES you of the ABILITY to RESIST, WHICH MEANS your HEART will slowly TURN to SATAN when you least expect it. 😢
It instills these things in you every day, every day using these ideas and cultures to influence and deceive you, slowly destroying you, so that you no longer want to stand up for what you call righteousness. You don't realize it, you don't have it anymore KEEPING SWIMMING AGAINST the CURRENT, INSTEAD of GOING THROUGH it. ☀️
"Destruction" means that SATAN TORTURES PEOPLE so much that they become SHADOWS of themselves, NO LONGER PEOPLE. ☀️
SATAN LIVES HERE, CHOKING and SWALLOWING them. EVERY ONE of these DECEPTIONS that SATAN uses to CORRUPT MAN CAN REMOVE MAN'S POWER to RESIST; ANY of these are DEADLY to PEOPLE. Simply put, whatever Satan does and whatever trickery he uses CAN WEAK YOU UNDER SATAN'S CONTROL and SUBMERGE YOU in a MASSAGE of EVIL and SIN. These are the FRAUDS that SATAN uses to CORRUPT PEOPLE. 😪
What are the consequences of Satan's corruption of the People? What corrupt dispositions do they express and reveal? (raiseand pride, selfishness and disgusting, liety and deception, cruelty and maliciousness, and complete inhumanity.) 😪
In sum, we can say that they have no personality. In SUMMARY, the THINGS that STAND OUT the most about CORRUPT humanity are ARROGANCE, DECEPTION, MALICIOUSNESS, and SELF-CONFIDENCE. ☀️
However, you all missed one thing. PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSCIENCE, they HAVE LOST THEIR JUSTICE and they have NO HUMANITY----YET their is ONE WHO DOES VERY IMPORTANT THING YOU DIDN'T MENTION, that is, "BETRAYAL" the ultimate CONSEQUENCE of these DISPOSITIONS that EXIST in any PEOPLE the MOMENT they are CORRUPTED by SATAN is their BETRAYAL to GOD. 😪🙏

This movie is about the faith that comes from the heart. When Dr Leland comes to Normal she discovers this and she learns that true healing comes from Jesus who healed more people then she ever did. You see the town of Normal is the way we should live our lives. When she went there it was like when Paul was blinded for 3 days just like she spent 3 days community service. Respect, kindness, and compassion. We lost this even moreso with Covid. People died without being able to see grandchildren or their sons and daughters. Faith has to grow world wide. It begins with each of us today. Jesus would want us not to be silent and to carry his cross. Dr Lisa you found your home girl!
